They provide training after the 2nd semester that allows students to explore the fields they wanna go for. Moreover they do bring companines to college for in house placements in the 7th semester and the package they offer is quite good(5-7lpa) for new grads

the bca curriculum was best for practical and acedemic growth. it followed a semester system with internal and final exams, which were moderate and manageble with regular study. overall, it was useful for basics, but more practicall training and industry exposure could improve it further.

From 6th semester the students are eligible for the Placements. Before 6th semester, students are provided with In-House specialised training (After 2nd Semester) and In-House Industry Specialised training (After 4th Semester) and after 6th Semester students start preparing for the full 6th month Off-Campus Internship Training with the industries as well

PCTE provides placement opportunities to students. There are many well recognized companies associated with the college like Vardhman, Avon, CICU, ITC, HUL, etc. The college provides internship opportunities to all the students as it is compulsory for the students to do internship during MBA.

This aligned with my dream of staying intact with medicine as the main part of curriculum but in an entirely different way . You get to learn about how it's discovered, designed, undergoes different preclinical , clinical trials ,manufactured , and then distributed under the related ethics, laws and regulations . You cannot wholely depend on faculty for your training for next entrance exam but need to put extra efforts to get by yourself and practice harder for GPAT. The faculty teaches as per the PCI guidelines for IKGPTU examination.

I choose this course in order to become a pharmacist. My course includes 4 labs in a week and 3 classes in a day. It is mandatory for every students to perform One experiment in every lab . Faculty members also helps us to perform the practicals. Mid sem examination is taken 3 times in a sem.

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.

As we konw horticulture & forestry are the two fields which generates more income compare to other agriculture activities. As time to time workshops are conducted related to trending topics in the every university.( skill development, Cv prepration etcs. since i am also the 3rd year student well university provides/ feels different vibe when other people just speak achievements of your university. the improvement in curriculum should be done on the basis of requirements of students.

I wanted to be a Pharmacy so I went for discourse and this is the best college in Ludhiana so I went there this overall the college is very good but there are some bad thing about this college of the colleges timing is quite long it is from 9 to 4 40and classes regular there are very less holidays in between the classes and there is regular classes in examination and classes regular there are very less holidays in between the classes and there is regular classes in examinations which are being conducted in the college attendance is one of the most important factor here the rules of attendance is very stric we have to attend the classes regular for getting thattendance there is an ERP system once the attendance has been taken thattendance get locked and the Teachers the don give us that attendance if we are late for the class

I think the course is good but not in this college because they are just focusing on providing theoretical knowledge that really we doe not need . If they provise us with some practical knowledge it will be best
