Government Polytechnic Kanpur Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Placement in our college is very good maximum 60% of the students of our college gets placed every year in our branch civil generally most of the students going to purchasing B.Tech after completing the diploma but in our college there is a textile branch which give you 100% placement record in their own field for Civil department generally Hindalco and LNT company comes for new required

From the 5th semester final year students are eligible to get placed The company like adity birla tata and maruti suzuki comes for placement in mechanical engineering Height ever package is around 7LPA and average is 3.5 LPA if the students have skills they can get the approx 2,3 offers Total 70 percentage students easily placed in company My plans are to get the higher education after completing the degree

The students become eligible after their 5th semester for campus placements and they companies like Hindalco, Grasim,wabag, covalent pharmaceuticals, and refineries like nayara energy came for placements. The highest package was 4.5 LPA from our branch and the minimum percentage needed for placements is just 70%. Concluding the overall placements are excellent.

If talking about the eligibility to appear in placement then you have to be the student of final year( 5and 6 semesters). I too appeared in the placement exam. Several popular companies like ACC CEMENT, ULTRA TECH, TECH MAHINDRA, etc came during my course duration. Not many little amounts of students were only selected in placement and I was not one of them so the placement percentage was quite low (10-15). After passing the course I choose better to prepare for competitive exams like SSC JE, RRB JE, and others.

Not much but about 20%students got placed in companies. After the 5th semester, we are eligible. Companies like tata and many more Chinese companies offer. The highest package is about 6 lakhs and the minimum is 3 lakhs. We are deciding on the preparation.

The result of placement is very good. It is totally depends on the knowledge of the students but some companies are check the result. Overall the placement percentage of over college is approximately 60%

I am planning to further higher studies. I have planned for pursuing a Btech degree From the reputed University Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow. I got admission to the Institute of Engineering and Technology IET Lucknow.

My college's placement experience is very bad. Only few student are selected for the college selection. That's really a worst thing. They have to interact the new companies in order to give students their best.

The placement and job opportunities in my college is good . Every year many companies are come and selected many students. Many students got college placement. The job fair will be held in my college. This is very greatfull for ours. This year 28 companies were came and many of students got selected on those companies.

As govt polytechnic Kanpur closed its first phase of placement drive on 15 December 2017, the placement percentage figure stood at 77%. Considered the highest so far amongst all the polytechnic, 782 students of the total of 1015 registered have already received whopping offers including 21 from national firms. Though the second phase of placements is yet to begin, the institute has already surpassed its own previous year’s record. While 81% of the registered undergraduates have been placed, the postgraduate placements have risen by 33%. The number of pre-placement offers (PPOs) has increased by 21% and the average CTC has gone up with 100+ students having received packages more than Rs. 25 THOUSAND.
