Government Polytechnic Kanpur Faculty

The faculty to students ratio is 1:6 I like the siddharth sir , they teach programming I like the most faculties but there are one sir that looks danger even they speaks not in a right manner There are 6 semester and in one semester there are 5 subjects approximately

The the faculty to student ratio is very good but we need some extra teachers in our department such as civil electrical and mechanical Generally most of the teachers is very useful during our exams time semester time and they give you extra time to do what you have to want to to do on that time

The facilities and students ratio is quit balanced it contains 1 teacher for approx 40 students Some faculty are really helpful thats why students like them because they support their students in every situation And some of faculty are rude they don't even talk with you in manner There are 2 semester exams and some monthly tests as well exam level is moderate to difficult but if u study a bit u can easily passed the exam

My college faculty is damn bad. They really don't care about the students. The only thing they do is rest. Because they're a government employee so they really don't care. Student's have to work on their own.

Best faculty in my college specially my HOD sir Mr. Shyamlal choudhary sir. He is very polite and his nature is so good. He will lead his student like his child. And support all the time. All students Aree so pleeased with him. And rest teachers are also so good as HOD sir. The best faculty in my college

My perspective is that, Professor ATUL RAI is the best. -I haven't seen profs in any department who would drop emails to students to commend them for their performance that too in the endsems when apparently most of them are very busy grading classes of four hundred. -He would personally regrade all the papers so that there are no further issues. -As the midsem paper was very tough in a course he was taking this time, he used the Student Search to identify the students who have done badly even after coming to classes regularly. He called them to his office and perused their papers to see where they are making mistakes. He took their suggestions about how he could conduct the classes differently and implemented them effectively. -He would conduct quizzes in his office if you could not take the requiz as well due to a valid reason. -He delivers well in the responsibilities he shoulders like the post of DPGC. -One of the most caring, patient and understanding profs who does not hesitate to repeat even if you do not understand after repeating previously. -He is very available and does not mind putting his mobile no. on his homepage -He can even laugh off students walking out of his class and links it with the concept of probability he adores teaching. -He knows the pulse of the students he teaches and behaves accordingly

Collar are not too good but some of the facility are best in there department. The facilityof IT branch is very bad they are giving very low marks in the internal exam. that's why maximum student gets the compartment.

There wasn't sufficient faculties. A single teacher was teaching 2 or 3 subjects to us and he had the responsibility of administration. So that was not sufficient and in the couple of years they were started to hiring guest lecturer who were not experienced equivalent to other faculty
