Avarage campus Life not so enjoyable and not so overhyped . Fest only fot freshers party and normal farewell party beside it no fest organized Library is great ???? and u will get the every book related only ur branch No so good opportunity for spots and bot good faculty as well There are social group but only in smartphone not in ground level no one is active

The campus Life is too sorted and eco-friendly, here all the students are helpful to each other and ragging is strictly prohibited in our college and the facilities in our classroom are not so good but in the main building there's is a virtual library and a normal library where the students get all the books of their core branches. The sports day had just happened for a short while. There is a club named abhivyanjana club under which all the events take place.

Yes, there are many Facebook groups and Instagram pages that are run by students. Some of them are GPK and "GPK alumni" Government Polytechnic Kanpur. Also, there are many WhatsApp groups for each branch. Students also get different cultural activities done and also various clubs for entertainment.

The annual fest had been organized for each year when I was in college and it was generally organized in the winter ( Dec-Jan). Sometimes tech fest was also organized but not at regular intervals. Talking about library facilities I didn't borrow any books from the library but my mates did and I used theirs. It was easy to issue any book, major course-related books were available but quantities were a little less. Every year's games were conducted just after the annual fest in winter. My friends and I particularly participated in some games and won some medals too. When I took admission I was not familiar with my mates. Classmates had created a group on what's an app and then we communicated and became more familiar with one another. Group also helped in providing important information about the college, exams, seminars and several important things. There were not any specific clubs but we meet or communicate with one another through Facebook and WhatsApp.

Campus life was not good due to seniors. Programs are conducted every month. Books are not really much available. Sports are not practiced in my college. Urise portal which was organized by the government is working properly with us.

Yes our college held Soo many games this year. But hostel facility is available there. A little fee is deposited for that. Mess is also available there. Student get good food there. Our college offer scholarship. It really help poor student's.

Govt . Polytechnic kanpur through its eight Regional Offices ensures all round development of the personality of the children by providing good academic guidance apart from input in other non-scholastic areas by providing good facilities for Sports, NCC, Scouts & Guides, Adventure activities and Computer education etc. The Computer wing of JNV Puducherry enjoys Internet and E-mail facility also. The labs, workshop was the best part of that college. The labs were good. The engineering shops in workshop was good but they needed to be repaired cause most of the machine was not working and the building of shops was also old.
