Events will organise like Edesia it’s a 3days event,with Dj night,Famous Singer,many more.
Mentorship of Professor,Guide us for improment if career.
It’s better for girls,restricted campus.Require permission for outings.

Dislikes

If the student have back in 4+1,Then it will be consider as Year Back,Again have to study first year.
If Fail in 1st semester again has to clear it next year with juniors.
Hostel Food,there is no token system,Menu will be made with few of the Mess committee members.

Admission:

Through jee mains rank i got seat in these college,these colleges accept Jee mains,Cu cet,NEET and Direct admission into the NIFTEM.Around 180 Students they will select based on the rank as per the category.

My Campus Journey so far

Likes

The Infrastructure of this campus is world class
Cleanliness and hygiene is highly maintained
Professors are highly knowledgeable and qualified

Dislikes

Restrictions of 10pm hostel gate closing.
No permission to go to girls hostel even in the case of emergency
Poor connectivity and mode of transport to nearest city

Admission:

Well I always had an interest in food science that's why I choose this college and no I didn't apply for any other colleges. Admission process is very simple just qualify the cutoff of JEE mains neet and cuet and we can apply

Damn my library is the best ever place in my college
Campus area is also very neat and clean with a wide variety of plants
Students and senior behaviour is also very ample here

Dislikes

I would say people's mental level of thinking here is very bad here
Variety of students here form groups and do campaigns
Disciplinary actions are not taken on time

Admission:

Actually in josaa i applied to a variety of national institute according to my percentile this college came and I landed here ! Overall college is good but this clg is said to be the last option for me ! I have never thought of doing btech in food

The use of funds should be improved and other management practices are very good
There are many society in college for students i’m a treasurer of samarthya society it is for sports
Many MOU are signed by college with companies so placement cell is getting its benefits

Dislikes

Exam is conducted and corrected within the college which can affect students.
Funds used by college are limited but funds provided are much.
Infrastructure us very good but its use is limited

Admission:

I was struggling for admission and trade of engineering this trade was unique and i was little interested in this so it was by my choice to take admission in this college which is now very helpful to me

About NIFTEM from my eyes

Likes

Our course curriculum focus on both practical and theoretical knowledge equally. Also sports are given equal importance as we have 10 days sports league Every year where main focus of every batch is to make their batch win.
All the professors are friendly and well educated. They will help you at every step of your life whenever you need them.
our university has a wide range of culture as students come from all over India and every Culture is given equal importance and all the festivals are celebrated.

Dislikes

campus is very strict regarding giving permissions for outing
it is compulsory to take hostel even if you live nearby
There could be more activities and classes in campus that promote soft skills and help students with interviews.

Admission:

Admission process consist of jossa counselling based on jee mains score but now it has changed a bit neet students can also apply for Niftem. No special exam is taken for admission and after jossa counselling is done Niftem also offers direct admissions based on jee mains rank.

The infrastructure of the college is dam good , the campus Is also beautiful and the ambient is also too good , with top class environment.
The classroom facilities the Air conditioner of the college is love , The Smart class facilities are very good .
The teachers are very talented and the Research profile is very much good.

Dislikes

The timing of the classes are very rigid from 9 Am to 6 Pm
the hostel timing is pretty bad the restriction is till 10 pm only
the mess facility is also not good and the college is totally residential can go outside institute

Admission:

The selection for the college is through JOSSAA by through JEE mains exam and the difficulty of the paper is world widly known , there no secondary exam for admision and direct Admision is also done by theh marks of jee mains .

Life at NIFTEM

Likes

Laboratory facilities are very good in here. Specially the nonnthermal lab is first of its kind in India. And we have a business incubation centre where they would allow you to research and develop new product.
Hostel food is far better compared to the foods available in Tamilnadu hostels . The mess is decided by the student mess representative which is pretty good . And we have non veg four times a week.
We have Air conditioned class rooms that helped us a lot during this sunmer. All the classrooms are equipped with smart board . The classrooms are well lit .

Dislikes

There is proper canteen facilities available.
There is no proper coaching for any sports.

Admission:

Admission is based on JOSSA counseling cut-offs, which vary every year. The 80th percentile would be safer. This is for b.tech and for M.Tech, there is an exam conducted every year, which is offline, which is an advantage.

Also, the course curriculum is very unique

Dislikes

Hostel timings are restricted till 10PM .
Facilities like coolers, heaters, and induction cookers are not allowed

Admission:

The application process consisted of Josaa and Csab mainly. One has to give Jee mains to get in the college. As the admission process is a govt process, it's quite smooth and free of issues. The cutoff is around 75K rank in jee mains.
