In Lakhimpur, the best chemistry honor is in Lakhimpur girl's college. All the faculty members are very good they provide their best out of best quality teaching for their students. The bond between faculty members and students is very good and genuine. As very few students get selected for this honor and the students can interact with their faculties whenever there have doubts. Even if any faculty cannot attend in there respective classes they provide online classes and doubts solving classes. All the faculty members have done their Ph.D. degrees from very good Universities. And the level of teaching they provide is outstanding. The exams are conducted weekly and sessional exams are taken every month the level of question paper they set is all about what you understood. In the whole College, the chemistry department has the best results.

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement. Some companies in Assam are hiring our students for internships or job The package is not that big but its good for us 10000to 50000 The percentage of getting placement is 47% My plans are after getting a degree are a postgraduate and doctorate degree. My admission application was accepted soon since I made an early application and I was called for document verification and other formalities. Main admission to the college was done on on the basis of my aggregate percentage at 10 + 2 level. I scored 95 percentage in humanities stream and was able to make it to the college through direct application. Admission to our college are also done based on various quotas like the sports quota.

I completed my B.Sc Botany from Lakhimpur Girls' College. I had a wonderful experience either it being the academics for which I worked hard or the cooperation of teachers in teaching us with their utter dedication or the time spent in fun activities at college events. The college is also accredited with 'A" grade by NAAC in recent years, earlier it was graded 'B'. The college had really progressed a lot and have been progressing. I liked this quality of my college.
