- CEE Kerala has released the KEAM 2025 entrance exam schedule in an official notification. The exam will be conducted between April 24 – 28, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM. The application details will be released shortly at @cee.kerala.gov.in. Aspirants can check the detailed notification here.

VAST offers Bachelors of Technology programs in 6 different branches. Candidates must send in the correctly filled up application form along with required documents either through post or submit it in the College Admissions Department, VAST IT Department. A payment of Rs.500/- through Demand Draft must be done by the candidates.

Vidya Academy of Science & Technology (VAST) B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission 2024
Candidates must appear for the Lateral Entry Test (LET) for Lateral Entry admission procedure.
The B.Tech degree programs will have a duration of 3 years spread across 6 semesters.
Application forms must be submitted online within the announced time frame, along with the copies of required documents. Admission is conducted to be submitted online within the scheduled period.

The admission procedure for the M.Tech progams is done on merit only basis. After the selection is done, students are called for the counselling procedure based upon their rank.
Application form along with the necessary document copies should be sent to VAST within the announced deadline.

Once the admission has been finalized, it will not be canceled. After the due date, there will be liquidation of the fee as per the guidelines issued by the Government if in case the admission is cancelled.
There are 15 seats allocated for Power Electronics and Computer Science & Engineering whereas 12 seats each for the Structural Engineering and Embedded Systems.

VAST offers MCA, a postgraduate degree in computer application. Application form along with the necessary document copies should be sent to VAST within the announced deadline for the admission.

The admission is conducted on the basis of the academic performance of the candidate’s in the KEAM examination.
The filling up of application forms and submission is done once the VAST issues a notification. Candidate must send in the correctly filled up application form along with required documents can either through post or submit it to the College Admissions Department, VAST IT Department.
A payment of Rs.500/- through Demand Draft must be paid as well.
Reservation<
The academy follows the reservation policy as per the regulations issued by the Government.
The reservation guidelines differ from one category to another. The categories of applicants are divided into Keralite, Non-Keralite Category I (NK I) and Non-Keralite Category-II (NK II) for which they must all hail from the state of Kerala. Given below are the category of candidates who can get admission to reserved seats if eligible:
- Domicile candidates of Kerala State
- Candidates whose parents are working in Agriculture and fishery industries
- Parents of the candidates who are working as a Nurse in regular service under Kerala Government.
- Candidates who have professional experience in the field of medicine

My college was one of best known colleges out of the provate colleges and i choose this bealcause it was near my house.I wanted to go to government engineering college but missed it by few marks .The admission to get was online application from government.

I chose this college because they provide more placement facilities.more than 100 companies are approaching to this college.And also the college provide transportation facilities and scholarship programs

- Best teachers and friendly environment. Teaching method is good and very understanding. Conducts various activities for improving our skills
- Various events are conducted like - tech fest, arts day, sports day, freshers day etc. for improving and showing our talents and skills.
Dislikes
- Busy schedules. Deadlines are very short in completion of projects and activities
- Tight schedules of exams and need to manage studys and events simultaneously
Admission:
Eligibility is simple. One should clear 12th with science or computer group example - computer science , biomaths etc. with minimum cutoff. Should have standard or decent mark in maths , science etc. exam is conducted in btech semester vice. 1 year consists of 2 semester. Apart from semester exam there is internal exam , practical exam , project etc.
Likes
- Discipline is in at most peak. Having certain strict rules will avoid having chaos around the college.
- The infrastructure is good and comparitively etter compared to other colleges.
Dislikes
- Writing letter for every minute things which have occurred in the college.
- Not giving importance to sports and games . There is no proper basketball ground.
Admission:
The admission process went well. I wrote the KEAM examination in which I got around 25 K rank . Still it was the reservation which made me come here. Without reservation I maynot be having a olace in this college. There ie no need of improvement in the admission areas it all well and perfect.

- There were lots of events at our college like arts, tech which is famous at whole kerala
- Spacious campus with lots of games , huge boys and ladies hostels , 2 canteens , huge parking facilities
Dislikes
- The college faculties were bit strict as they disallowed us to do parties inside our college
- Uniform was compulsory except for friday

Eligibility was based on KEAM entrance marks with cutoff of 10marks. 12th grade marks of physics ,chemistry , maths is also important for availing scholarship.The frequency of exams should be adjusted as insufficency in time occurs during end of semester in completing portions creating pressure in students.

- In the level of arts and culturals are also important with thé academics .The college same importance for this.

- Sometime college have veru strict in academics.

Admission process very simple and systematic.i have not attended any exams.i directly take admission through nri quota because iam a late admission student so don't get any scholarships or aything. In caste structure so many scholarships are provided

- I really like how the faculty manage to finish the subjects on time and how efficiently they accomplish it. They also provide various resources to study and enrich us with relevant knowledge.
- The campus is great and vast. There are greenery in our college. The college has great infrastructure and each branch has its own floor and they really keep it near and tidy.
Dislikes
- The very little amount of time to complete a 6 month semester for us is a great hassle for us even though they finish teaching their topics and brings up a lot of pressure for us.
- There are lot of assignments , tutorials , reports and records that are to be finished and supposed to be submitted on the same day sometimes which leads to stress for us and they might deduct marks for late submission.
Admission:
I took JEE as well as KEAM entrance exams. I passed in all these exams. I didn't get good rank in JEE because I didn't go to any kind of coaching centres. But in KEAM exam , I secured a rank of 11002 but I didn't got to any coaching centres as mentioned before. Then when the allotment came , my first option was GEC Thrissur , second was Vidya Academy. I got GEC for mechanical engineering but I lacked interest in it so I chose Vidya and pursued Computer Science in it. The entrance exams were really hard to crack. But I only learnt only two chapters in mathematics for my KEAM exam and I cracked it . The admission took me like 3-4 hours because there were lot of students for admission.

- Good faculties. Their love, assistance and help are really awesome.
- Neat and clean environment.Classrooms, washrooms, floors, canteen all are cleaned well.
Dislikes
- I think the college tuition fees and bus fees are too much for the students
- Freedom is less as compared to other colleges. 🥲
Admission:
Keam should be qualified Application form, free structure of course and its date will be informed from the administrative office. I do reserve my seat by paying some amount Admission process is nice overall.

Admission process was going well. There were different sections for different procedures.there were cut off marks for entrance exams and it was 20.it took too much time for the admission process and i completrd it by evening.
