Limited campus placement for mtech.As it was govt college .I expected to sit in more placement but only 3 company came .
Connectivity was an issue there for me.I had to walk for approx 1km to reach my class .
Lack of industry exposure and internship.I did my mtech hoping to get good internship as well.but got nothing

Admission:

I choose uec because it is govt college and has good reputation and had very affordable fee.I applied to various govt college through mpdte counselling but got uec so chosen that. Admission occur through mpdte counseling

I choose this college because this college is in my hometown. This college have good alumni network because this college is 70 years old. I choose this college because it has less fees. Admission process in this college is via jee and boards

Most of the faculty members belong to IITs and NITs, So, the level of knowledge, analytical approach and practical implementation teaching techniques are good.

UEC UJJAIN - Average, Affordable college with a govt tag

Likes

Affordability is the best thing about doing a btech in UEC
Curriculum is based on RGPV syllabus so pretty up to date and exams are done efficiently and strictly
Located in Ujjain so best for the people from nearby towns and districts looking for just a college with a govt tag and basic facilities with very low fees.

Dislikes

Old infrastructure - very old established college so infra is poor, no proper benches, no ac in classes, untrimmed grass yards everywhere and no modern facilities
60-70% people are from nearby villages and towns so crowd is very mixed and you might find difficult to get along with those kinda people
Not a lot of events and fests, do not expect anything from this college in terms of fun and exposure

Admission:

Admission process to Uec is done through jee score through mpdte counselling. Once you are allotted a seat here you need to physically visit the college in 3 days of time and confirm your admission. It's a very easy and quick process. Cutoff scores through jee depends branch to branch. For Cse, Ece you need 80+ percentile and for the lower branches like chem, civil you can get them at even 20-60 percentile. The other college i got into was MITS GWALIOR i was getting ece there but based on the city and moving out process didn't work out as I'm a ujjain resident so uec was local for me. If i would've got into even a pretty decent private college like vit, manipal, symbiosis I'd have chosen that over getting an admission here definitely

Lowest fees and very affordable course along with scholarship
All teacher all well experienced and they taught very well and concept are clear and they will guide and mentor us for brighting our future and to achieve our goals
Campus is good because there are so many greenary and cleaning

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very bad buildings are very old not maintain and classes are not good no windows are there no security there and management is very bad
There was no such environment of study, students are not disciplined
Teachers are very strict and they will not help us din our problems

For taking admission in it we have to give jee mains exams and after that we have to do registration in mpdte councilling and choice filling then results will come if we got the college then we have to take admission in respective dates given there.

Likes

College is best for viewing purpose. Pond area is also good.
Principal sir is very best person I ever meet.
College is very big. It build in very large area.

Dislikes

Classroom are not good but average it is.

Admission:

I applied in acropolis institute in Indore and I get seat in computer science branch. But the fees is very high and scholarship is not that much which is not affordable by me . And in UEC the fees is low and scholarship is made affordable.

It is quite large campus so it's thing that I liked.
The fests of every department amd also the annual fest of college is very enjoyment worthy
The students are all nice and warm also the teachers all also decent.

Dislikes

Infrasturcture of the college is quite old since it is a goverment college.
There are some disputes among students which can get resolved so its okay I guess
The sports facilities of the college could be better

Admission:

This was mu priority in the college list as it goverment and autonomous college amd has the degree of my interest, I applied to other colleges just as a safety net if I get rejected from this college. But fortunately I was selected in this so I didn't need them. The admission process is through JEE mains score, there registration, choice filling for every college you want apply and then there several rounds of admission in every colleges.

Likes

College fees is so affordable and worth.
Event and fest are comes in 3 to 4 months.
Faculties are so talented and qualified.

Dislikes

College building is too old and not renovate them.
Classrooms are not smart and well maintained.
College mangement not create timetable properly.

Admission:

This college is best for btech course in madhya Pradesh at this affordable fee. During admission process you need to register on (mp dte ) government college councelling and jee mains entrance exam is mandatory for councelling. 70 percentile cutoff for general category, 50 for OBC and 30 for sc/st category.
