Internships Opportunities:

There is internship in many companies like wipro TCS internship information will get us to the college email addresses in 1st year I can't do any internships but I see many of our seniors having internships get by the help of college

Truth of College

Likes

College facilities are well educated and good.
Placement opportunities are also present.

Dislikes

Students are not safe in college campus. College campus area are totally open.
Average placement in other branches and no placement for civil branch.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is available in our college. Final year students are eligible for campus placement. Average package offered is between 3 lakhs per annum. Company visited in college such as tcs, wipro, Marvel vinyl, etc. but there is no placement for civil engineering students. In 2023 there is only 4 students placed from civil branch package offered is 2.5 lakhs, 3 lakhs etc.

UEC Ujjain, A place for good education at affordable cost.

Likes

Government owned institute, low fees, good reputation
professors are good and supportive most of them are PhD holders

Dislikes

old labs and outdated instruments and facilities
no practical knowledge imparted, no facility for computer software skills

Placement Experience:

placement are average, students are eligible in the final year. No of companies visited is less as compared to other insititutes. Highest package may range upto 20lpa but it depends on the students who are sitting in off campus placements, average package is 3.5-4lpa. Around 50 percent students get placed.

College faculty in my department are all iit pass out
Library providing book facilities is good we can borrow a book for 1sem without any fine

Dislikes

Infrastructure of clg because due to govt clg too old
Games and sport facilities their is no basket ball court

Placement Experience:

In Ujjain, engineering college placement is better enough than other colleges. Avg 250 to 300 students are placed. Many companies come in placement drive just like Eicher, Denso, jk cement, wonders and other all. The placement is good enough.

Likes

The overall all college environment is very nice
Campus area though less but there is lots of greenery.

Dislikes

Average placement ratio is quite low and can pe improved
Extracurricular activities can be improved

Placement Experience:

The average placement of our college is 300000 per annum but the placement ratio are quite low college can invite more companies to increase it apart from it intership are there which are quite effective.

Professors are very supportive and others faculties also
There is no rush for 75% attendence as compared to several colleges that focuses on attendence rather than study

Dislikes

A worst college if you are relying on the college for the placement
Hostel availability is very less for the student who came from other cities

Placement Experience:

Last year 1 student recieved pre-placement offers of 25 lakhs from the computer science engineering department. Talking about my own branch. the average package was approximately 5-6 lakhs per year and the average of cse is about 9-10 lakhs per year.

Good college for students living in nearby cities of Ujjain or preparing for competitive exams

Likes

There's no big issue of attendance in this college as compared to the other private colleges and if you're preparing for some competitive exams
Professor are also supportive they don't unnecessarily increase your work.

Dislikes

Not a good college if you're relying totally on college for placements like around 5 to 8 companies visit and the median package was around 5LPA

Placement Experience:

Placement season starts from the 7th semester onwards and the companies visiting here for placements are from Indore mostly for the CSE branch the packages offered by those companies are mostly around 5 lakhs per annum, therefore, I suggest you get this college only if your hometown is Ujjain or Indore and your preparing for other competitive exams or you are disciplined enough to study on your own on a regular basis and practice DSA for placements and fight off-campus opportunities and can get the placements yourself you should definitely go for this college

Good but can me more better .

Likes

The fees structure is fair. There is no rush to get 75 Percent atThe papper pattern easy and the sectional marking is good .
The Atmosphere is decent and relax . Negligible strictness. No dress code and no complexity of completing homework and daily assignments .

Dislikes

No exposure . Their is barely any activity happen in the college . The clubs, groups and events does not happen as expected to be happen in college. Participation is also low and involvement is minimum .
The transaction which is done from the website take one day to complete. Sometimes the student who don't know about this sometimes do it 3 4 times unknowingly. It also takes netbanking of Indian overseas Bank only . A person has to open a count in it

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students becomes eligible for on campus placement as well as for off campus placements. The companies which visited the campus includes tech Mahindra , tcs , ambuja cement , teach nook , Vodafone idea , RPSPL limit , Sigma infor solutions ,JK cement , denso , ag technology, coromandal fertiliser , ecospace infra pvt. Lt ., ReNew power, UHP technologies , Mayur Uniquoters limited , frieshers . Total number of offers made in 2023 placement is 185 by 26 companies . Higest packages is given arguson pvt Ltd of 7.5 lakhs . Average package is around 4 to 5 lakhs . Percentage of students getting placed on campus is fairly low as last year only 185 students glt placed from 6 branches . My plans after getting the degree is to crack on campus placements as more as I can and also appear for off campus placements of big tech companies.

Ujjain engineering college in my point of view after 2 years

Likes

Campus infrastructure is somewhat considerable but needs to expand
Lab equipments, Exposure to practical knowledge

Dislikes

Classroom table and bench are uncomfortable, need to upgrade
Indoor sports facilities should be introduced

As far as the knowledge from seniors from 7th sem students becomes eligible for campus placements. Ag technology, Argusoft pvt ltd, coromandal fertiliser, denso etc. 185 offers made highest was 7.12 lpa in Argusoft and average placement of 3.6 lpa 70% on 60 percent of students are placed I am preparing for cat 2024 and give my another 2 years to mba

My experience is really good

Likes

Green campus and for students college offers sports ground and other things .
Guest faculty is really supportive and senior faculty is strict

Dislikes

Subjects are really tough i don't like that much mathematics
Old project and practical lab has need to improve

Placement Experience:

Basically the finale year students are eligible for placement. The recruiter is tcs and core companis. Maximum package is 7 lakh last year. Placed students had upto 6 CGPA. Afte my degree go for my job in pithampur where i do internship.
