ITNU means total independence!

ITNU is indeed the best for faculties as they guide us for the GATE exams too as most of them or rather all of them are qualified through that. Also what roles does research play is also taught by them and they have been our backbone for the same reason. I have counted on them umpteenth time and they have never let me down.

Nirma University is naturally beautiful!

As I have said a little bit of partiality exists as otherwise there are no questions about their teaching acumen. They are the best as they have qualification that back their teaching and their research work for the same has proved that they are more than capable of teaching us beyond syllabus. Sir Joseph Matthew is my favourite and has been the best person to have ever taught.

The university has very great faculties Most of them are PHDs and those who are not are pursuing for PHDs too the college is very strict against ragging and takes action on every non civic or unappropriated behavior which could harm students.

As i am only in my firstyear of the course i dont know many faculties but those who i know are most very nice and good at teaching . in the first semester i have total 6 subjects which are Computer Progamming , environmetal science , electrical sciene , physics , maths 1 and general english . all of them also have lab/tutorials too. one extra subject yoga is also there. The exam systems are very complicated they include tree parts A, B and C . in A part sessional examination and class test scores. In B part includes Lab exams , assignments and vivas . in part C it includes Semester End Examinations. by reviewing all of them the final result is calculated .The college has very high cutoff for admission so it is very less likely that students perform poor in exams most of the students pass with more than average scores and very rarely there would be a student who fails . the exam difficulty is moderate considering scholars and high rankers attend the institute . I like my physics faculty whose name is Dr. Ankur Pandya . Dr. ankur sir very good at teaching . have nice teaching techniques and very friendly and approcahble to students .

Choose life rather than nirma university

Education quality is not good over all and exam system is also irritating.
Faculty is not much experienced. Most of them are phd students.

First of all faculty is not much experienced so they can't teach us properly. Course structure is not good . It did not give any prectical knowledge. There is to much unnecessary cources like physics chemistry economics in computer science.

Spitting Facts

The faculties here are very kind and friendly, you can easily approach any faculty you want personally for any type of guidance or doubts. The faculty to student ratio for the theory lectures is 1:80 and for the lab sessions it is 1:20 as for the labs one class is divided into 4 batches. The marking scheme here is not relative which I think should be there. And the marking scheme is sometimes very biased because the marks you get in the exams depends on the faculty you get. Some faculties are very liberal while some are very strict. The exam systems includes one sessional exam for 50 marks written. 2 quizzes of 20 marks each and best of 2 is considered. One LPW(Lab and practical) exam for 40 marks and there is also continuous evaluation in the lab sessions for the practicals done in the lab whose weightage is 60 marks. And the last if final semester end exam for 100 marks. And also there is one assignment you have to do which is for 50 marks.

Know this before choosing Nirma.

Infrastructure is good, faculties are well educated, well experienced.

As the Nirma University is so established, faculties of Nirma University is expected to be highly qualified and highly experienced and they actually are. Some faculties have experience in teaching sectors more than my age. All faculties have very nice nature, all talks very politely.

Institute experience

There were 3 types of access to faculty, classroom & laboratory and workshops. Also there were no fixed time to meet them, you can meet them very easily and faculty members are very helpful in nature for career development. Majority of them have hold vast industry exposure experience.

Best College for overall development

There are 215+ faculty members in ITNU.All professors are Ph.d holders.Not only this most of the professors are doing high quality research work and providing solutions to industrial problems.All faculty members are very good and their teaching quality is also good.Some faculty members have industry experience and most of them have certification of National and International institutions.
