Infrastructure is good, faculties are well educated, well experienced.

Faculty:

As the Nirma University is so established, faculties of Nirma University is expected to be highly qualified and highly experienced and they actually are. Some faculties have experience in teaching sectors more than my age. All faculties have very nice nature, all talks very politely.

Institute experience

There were 3 types of access to faculty, classroom & laboratory and workshops. Also there were no fixed time to meet them, you can meet them very easily and faculty members are very helpful in nature for career development. Majority of them have hold vast industry exposure experience.

Best College for overall development

There are 215+ faculty members in ITNU.All professors are Ph.d holders.Not only this most of the professors are doing high quality research work and providing solutions to industrial problems.All faculty members are very good and their teaching quality is also good.Some faculty members have industry experience and most of them have certification of National and International institutions.

My college journey

Faculty of my course was very experienced when i joined initially but institute gradually lost core faculties as i advanced to the graduation phase. For a batch of 65, 19 leacturers were available for the core subjects. When i graduated in 2019 4 faculty were available with more than 20 year experience and holding a doctorate. Around 10 faculty had nearly a decade of experience and rest had lesser experience. Most lecturers were holding a doctorate degree, that said only 4-5 lecturers were expert in what they were teaching. All the professore were below the age of 50 and rarely held any industrial experience, though almost every lecturer had a doctorate degree.

It's a complete and a fulfilling experience

The faculties of our college are well trained as well as they are having a very good experience. We don't only have elder faculties but we do have many young faculties too. That gives an I depth knowledge in the course. Also, the faculties are very friendly and would comply with any of your questions and also may give you extra lessons on insisting.

College through a student's eyes.

The facilities are well experienced and knowledgeable. But there's a problem with communication. There are many faculties who can't explain the topic they know so well, in the classroom. But in person, they surely have the caliber to present a solution to your problem. Though, in some branches, due to lack of faculties the burden is shifted to those with less knowledge of the subject, but still they try their level best to deliver fine content.

Little overpriced for its provided services

Faculties of Mechanical Department are very good in their courses as well as the behavior. Most of them are well educated and having Ph.Ds from different well known colleges. The process for in taking the faculties is also having standards. The faculties are thoroughly examined by assessment of their teaching techniques.

Review of Nirma University

The faculty is knowledgeable. Many of them are graduates or post graduates or even both from IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IISC Bangalore. But there are exceptions too, and they will be in any college in India. If you are eager to learn, then you will get all the knowledge from faculty members. One more thing is that among all the B.Tech departments, the best faculty (in terms of knowledge, not for holding a degree) is with computer department, and then with electronics and communication dept. I am not saying this because I am an EC student, but this is true. You can see any faculty's profile on Nirma University website. They are always ready to help outside the class, and even outside the college. Talking about industrial experience, we have industry visits in every semester, but could not gain sufficient knowledge.

The faculties for each courses are knowledgeable and few are having experience over 20 to 25 years in teaching profession. They are rich in knowledge and guidance tactics. They support students I'm extra curricular activities and encourages ti make students more competitive for the world before them.

Engineering at Nirma

The faculty of the chemical engineering department were very qualified ones. Most of the faculties teaching there had a P.H.D. Apart from that they were also very friendly and supportive. And one can very well observe faculties going beyond there defined work to help the students during their minor and major project works.
