Fees and Financial Aid:

Institute of technology Nirma University is best for engineering in Ahmedabad. It is as good as IIT Gandhinagar and the fees is also not high. For first year there were admission and registration charges worth some 30000 besides a fees of 2 lakhs a year. This year which is also my final year our fees has reached 2.4 lakhs a year and close to that is our hostel fees as well.

Nirma University is naturally beautiful!

Nirma University's best institute is institute of Technology and I am studying there and currently in my third year. The fees started with 2.5 lakhs a year and now it is over 3 lakhs so almost 20% hike every year. However, facilities too have been upgraded and that is why the fees is hiked. No unfair practices here be it fees or any other things.

First semester fees was 1,15,000 .now in each sem I have to pay 1,05000 . TFW student have to pay 3500 per sem. College scholarship up to 1,00,000 who have 80% in 12th board and financial condition under 3,00,000

The Labs and equipments are good and in working conditions it has everything that a student or Couse needs .

The Fees of the institute is very unaffordable for average families and regular homes though provided better place and everything .

Nirma University Fees as per Teachnology related braches are same and it is 272000 for the first year of the course and for the rest of the 3 years it is 262000 per annum . it is total fees including everything . the tution fees for a semester is 127000 . And the rest is total of exam fees lab fees and foundation & welcome fees . The Institute offers Tution fee waiver for specific rank holders and they only need to pay 3500 per semester as examination fees and once 20000 for admission confirmation fees . For those Who have 00-75 rank in ACPC they can get TFWS in CSe likewise for other branches with different cutoffs . Nirma also offers Merit Cum Need Scholarship amount of 100000 for the families below 4 Lac income per annum and scholarship amount of 50000 for families with less income than 8 Lac per annum . there is also a scholarship scheme of goverment called MYSY in short from of Mukhymantri seva svavlamban yojna which offers 50% tution fees or 50000 whichever is less for those who got more than 80 percentile in their 12th std (HSC).Except TFWS every other category has same tution fees .

Choose life rather than nirma university

Education quality is not good over all and exam system is also irritating.

My college has semster wise fee structure in which tution fee is 94800.examination fee and semester grade report fee is 3500 . Seminar and orientation fee is 1200. Certificate fee is 1000. And security fee is 7000.

The yearly fees of the B.Tech course at Nirma University is 2.3 lakhs approx. including everything the tuition fees, registration, admission and examination fees. There are many quotas in our course. There is NRI quota(Management) and the fees is 5.5 lakhs approx. The other is gulf quota for the Students with Indian Native from Oman, Saudi Arabia and the fees is 3.5 lakhs. The other quota is TFWS(Tuition fees Waiver Scheme) for the students who got admission through ACPC with vey high merit gets the tuition fees waived off and has to pay only examination fees of 7000. For the category of SC with the free ship card the fees is 7000 and for ST the fees is 50k. Also the fees is increasing every year. The scholarships supported by the college is MYSY that is given by the Gujarat Government for the families having income less than 6 lakhs yearly and the scholarship amount given is 60k approx. every year till the course is completed. Other scholarships given by the college is merit cum means scholarship to the top 10 students of every branch in JEE category and 50% of fees waived off. Also financial aids like educational loans are also supported by the college.

The Reason Why I choose Nirma over Other colleges

I would say that everything that is provided in the course is up to the level of my course. The fees for the B.Tech is around 2lakhs per year. The scholarship is provided by Nirma on different basis like merit-based, merit- need-based and many other scholarships are also there. Other scholarships are also there like MYSY, Digital Gujarat, and many more. The campus environment is very good. I never felt that the campus is very crowded as it is very vast.

As Nirma University is the best private university in Gujarat, it has quite high fees of around 94000 to 1 lac per semester. But they are giving better placement which will overcome this fee in just one and half years at max. Scholarships are provided for rankers and category-based rankers up to 1 lac.
