The mathematics department at the college is well-regarded for its supportive and helpful faculty, offering a curriculum that includes seven subjects: three core mathematics courses, a General Elective, a Skill Enhancement Course, a Value-Added Course, and an Ability Enhancement Course. The teaching methods are effective, incorporating extra and remedial classes along with comprehensive notes. The college organizes annual placement drives for final-year Bachelor's students, with average salary packages ranging from 3 to 5 lakhs INR annually, and recruiters like EY, Accenture, and Tata Power.

Although math students have limited direct job placements, the college offers various internships, especially in marketing, with companies like Pocket FM and DIGY. In October 2023, an internship for B.Com (Hons.) students was announced, offering a stipend of 6000 to 8000 INR.
