THE ISABELLA THOBURN COLLEGE IS AFFLIATED BY LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY SO THE WHOLE CIRRICULUM IS FOLLOWED JUST LIKE LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY.THERE IS ONE THING I WANTY TO EMPHASIS ON THERE SHOULD BE MORE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE THAN THORETICAL KNOWLEDGE

The frequency and timing of exam was good .the level of exam was moderate. In my time MSC mathematics was not available. So I suggested for this course. I interested in maths so that I choosed that course.

My family members, friends and me listen about this college, this college rank in the uttar pradesh state is very good also it is a girls College so my family liked it most , when I studied their I realised the this college was really good for the students who achieved something special in the future.

I would rate the course curriculum 10/10. I choose this course because a bsc degree gives you too many opportunities to do specialization in any field like zoology botany chemistry. Many BSc students choose to pursue further study, which can lead to a more specialized job with better salary, success. Bsc biology prepares you for Research and development: You can work in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, education. You might work as a research assistant, research technician, or clinical researcher. Education: You can teach biology at a university or work in postsecondary education. The improvements required in the course curriculum and teachings methods are : To focus more on helping the student understand the theory well rather than giving them a big practical file to make . The frequency and timings of exams are perfect. Odd sem are held in November,they are theory papers and are of 3 hours .The even semester exams are held in May and are MCQ based questions and are of 1.5 hours.

I chose this course as i love Biology and wanted to pursue masters in Zoology. There is sufficient faculty of every subject. Every teachers are highly qualified as they have done their phd. The teaching method is moderate. Every 6 months the semester exams are held.

Placements are done on the basis of percentage the students is carrying . Reservation policies are also done for the Christian students who got placement in the college itself.MBA the professional degree also gives the placement.

As I was to prepare for neet as well so this course is very helpful. About 6:200 is faculty: student ratio. The faculty is well knowledgeable and does work systemically. After 6 months exam are held and the difficulty level depends upon the level of the subject.

I have an interest in academics and want to be a professor so that I can spread knowledge, that's why I have chosen this course. Faculty members are excellent in their fields. They are very helpful and supportive. They give advice apart from studies also and are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go with 1to 1 interact with the students and organise various seminars, career counselling programmes, and alumni meetings so as to acknowledge children about the several courses and college history. All the teaching faculty are PhD holders and stand excellent in their respective fields of knowledge. The teaching process is mainly done by the board system in this course and the classes are run by a systematic timetable which is provided by the faculty members themselves. There is a semester system and the exam is conducted every 6 months for the duration of 3 years if pursuing the undergraduate course. But according to NEP 3 years is shifted to 4 years. Exam pattern is very easy if the student has studied.

Due to my keen interest in life sciences, I opted for a B.Sc in biology. The student-to-faculty ratio is 40:1, which is quite good. The faculty is very good, everyone holds a PhD degree and is always eager to help the students. They use various teaching methods, usually by videos or in botany they take you to the plant you are studying about. Assessments were done on monthly basis and it was compulsory to give the tests, the results were put on the notice board by the end of the first week of the month. A detailed datasheet with the syllabus was provided in advance to the student.

I wanted to go into the medical field that's why I opted for this course. The faculty and the teaching staff all were fully qualified and versed with great teaching methods. The teachers were also very friendly with the students. The exams were quite timely and it was slightly difficult to clear the exams, You need to study thoroughly though.
