established in 1948 by the government of Karnataka. The college is situated in Chikkamagaluru district. The college is one of oldest government institutions of Karnataka and affiliated to Kuvempu University, Shimoga. The college having a sprawling campus which is surrounded by calm and education friendly environment, conducive for quality higher education. IDSG Government College Chikkamagaluru is known for its excellent academics. The college offers undergraduate courses. The college having a well-structured library, Daily News Papers which may add credit in the improvement of the students general knowledge and the college having a more attention towards the study we have arranged a separate computer lab for the students. The lab has been set with new modernized computers with an experienced and highly qualified lecturer to teach computers for students. The college having good facilitated lab with modernized equipment’s for each sections which makes easier for knowing the subjects practically and more effectively.

I discrib my overall experience in this college so good college and good campus also and admission only small tuff otherwise so good college and college campus also very good and also this college hav clubs far practice NCC N SS so many

Sendup, college anniversary also held in this college there is a huge library in the college there is an ABCD type classroom for one course they also have huge grounds to play sports like cricket, running, athletics, etc. LDSG college group.

So many college fests and tech fests will be their students, will find great opportunities after completing their degree, You will get jobs in pharma companies, teaching cosmetics, etc., classrooms are nice, labs are good, and the campus is well managed.

In this college there will be first of all freshers party ethnic day and send off farewell functions and other scout guide red cross functions are conducted and the sports materials are in good condition but they provide it very less and extra activity like Ncc Nss Redcross groups are there.

Yes when I was in first year in engineering I was stayed in Hostel that was. Good memories and good food facilities and. Meat on Sunday and daily snacks and tea and variety of foods and and every year there is a program to celebrate juniors nas senior there is no discrimination

Every week practical lab is there on basis for our theory part for optional subjects.In sports there is good training to students who are interested.at the end of the year we celebrate college day having fun and cultural activities

The college is not having any hostel facilities. So, I don’t have much idea about it. Every on travel from their home. No one from other places come to study in this government college.

I think there is no hostel in this college. I have also not enquired about it till now but I don’t stay in any hostels nearby.
