One of its kind. SIMER has changed my life. Being as a Introvert college provide platform to speaking in public and interact with others
The college boasts highly qualified and experienced faculties, high rated teaching method SIMER Corporate experience faculties, where they not only focus on theoretical but more on practical learning
The best which I like about the college is that they focus on each and every student personally & College provides 100% placement as well as internship also

Student are eligible after 5th semester for campus placement Cafe coffee day L& T, STEELMINT, ECLERX Shree Ram finance HDFC, AXIS highest Package : 6 lakh Average package : 4.5 lakh 100% placement I have Join SHREE RAM finance as a Management Trainee package is 4.8 lakh

SIMER: A first batch student's Journey and how it became a Launchpad for my career

Our College being a standalone and only B School of chhattisgarh , the entire focus was on PGDM,
with just 30 students , we all received personal attention and mentorship from faculty which helped in our overall development
We used to have sessions by events, placement committee and we even had a outbound trip to Pune.

Dislikes

Small or No Alumni Network: As our colege was new and ours was the first batch we were not having an alumni base and which kind of limited industry contacts at the beginning

Placement Experience:

We were appearing for the placement process from the 4th Semester, however, our batch was being prepared for the placement process from day 1. The first placement process that I appeared for was for Shriram Transport Finance in feb 2008. A few common recruiters who came for our batch were HDFC Bank, Shriram Transport Finance, CIPLA, Naukri.com, Indiabulls Vandana Ispat etc. One of the offers that I had from HDFC bank and the CTC offered b HDFC bank was 300000. Our complete batch was having a offer , some of us had 1 offer and some of us had many , I had offer from India Bulls, Shriram transport Finance and HDFC Bank I joined HDFC bank after getting my degree.

Best things about SIMER is the culture we get unlike other profit making college, here you get individual attention , one to one attention makes any students feel special.
Key benefits at SIMER is placement support, in our batch almost every one got placement infact many got multiple offers including me.
Second best part is the kind of exposure we get here which we expect from all top colleges, like confrenses at all major metro cities, outbound at pune etc

Placement Experience:

In first year for internship program college only provide us opportunities. I got selected in three different companies for summer internship program which was paid. Then for final placement we experienced best support from placement cell. There was 25 companies for 60 students. I got selected for 5 different companies. I joined the best one.

Best college for PGDM in Chattisgah

Remarks:

Everybody planning of doing PGDM in chattisgarh should definitely visit campus & should interact with the faculties & know about the process. In the package of approximately 2 lakhs it is the best institute providing PGDM with personality Development & everything

Remarks:

For the overall development of a student's personality, this college can be termed as the best in the entire Chhattisgarh. One will never ever regret his or her decision for opting this as a post graduate college.
