Faculty- The college boast highly qualified and experienced faculities, blending academic expertise with industry insight to provide students with strong foundation in management education. I found strong bond with students and faculties in SIMER. Faculties i like the most Dr. Akhilesh Singh, Dr. Manisha Aditya, Dr. Jayant Issac. Number of exam- 6 trimesters.

The college provide highly qualified faculties which is student looked for there improvement and development. The total 6 Exam we have given in 2 Year course of PGDM. The exam is taken on TRIMESTER basis which we need to give in every 3month.

Our course was spread across 4 semesters, with a minimum of 50 % marks required overall to clear the exams. We were being evaluated with equal weight on internal and term-end exams. I liked this concept of higher weightage in internal evaluation as it encouraged me to have consistent learning. During our time few specific modules were being added to make us industry-ready, and hence I found the content and coverage of the syllabus to be good. Our complete batch was able to clear the process and was being awarded with a PGDM degree and my personal observation was that it was easy if a student is attending and participating daily but haa equally difficult if person is missing on internal marks

Best part is faculties only. As SIMER is the only one college in Chhattisgarh where there is just one course which is PGDM other colleges has multiple courses. So all resources like faculties are for this batch only. In take is just 60 so ratio is sufficient. All faculties give proper attention to all students. All faculties are well educated, best in there respective subjects.

Every faculties of the college are highly educated & takes extra care of each child that in which he/she needs to work on; & thereby suggests the scope of improvement to him/her. Every facilities also take extra care that the student don't have any doubts related to that subject.

The faculties here are having ample amount of experience in teaching. At the same time, they devote their full effort in enhancing the personality of an individual studying their before they enter into any corporate sector.
