MIT School of Management Pune Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

MITSOM offers MBA, MBA (Dual Degree) and MCA courses in recognition with MIT World Peace University (WPU) in full-time mode. Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks is the minimum eligibility requirement for admission while for the MCA program, in addition to a UG degree, the candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the main subjects.

MIT Pune (MITSOM) MBA admission is offered on the basis of marks in CAT/MAT/ XAT/ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT/ MAH MBA CET OR WPU entrance test followed by GD and PI. MAH MCA CET qualified candidates can apply for the MCA program.

Note: For MBA (Sports Management), preference will be given to the candidates with exemplary performance in Sports at the National or International level. NCC Cadets are also eligible for admission.

How to Apply for MITSOM Pune MBA and MCA?

Application form for MBA and MCA courses can be filled by following the below-listed steps:

1. Visit the official website of MIT WPU.
2. In the ‘Admission’ section click on the ‘Apply Online’ link.
3. Fill the application form online and pay the application fee of INR 1500 by credit/ debit card or through Net-Banking.
4. Take the print out of duly filled form and retain it for future admission requirements.

Note: Selected candidates have to report at the university campus along with a printout of the duly filled form and three sets of self-attested documents with originals at the time of verification of admission.

Admission to the doctoral level course in the field of management is based on the research entrance test conducted by MIT WPU. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Business Management/ Business Administration/ International Business Administration/ Management Studies or two-year PG Diploma in Management. Minimum marks required at the qualifying degree level examination is 60% aggregate.

Note: NET-JRF conducted by UGC qualified candidates are exempted from the entrance test by the university and will be required to appear for the personal interview round.

Admission to P.HD program offered by the institute is offered on the basis of a valid score in the entrance test followed by PI and WAT. Final admission is subject to evaluation of Academic Profile Score, i.e., marks in X, XX and Graduation. Selected students have to submit the admission fee in the form of Demand Draft/RTGS /NEFT in favor of Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT WORLD PEACE UNIVERSITY, payable at PUNE in order to confirm their seat.
