KIIT School of Management Bhubaneswar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Starting from the 3rd semester, companies start visiting the campus and the average CTC at the campus is around 7 Lakhs per annum I received an international opportunity with a CTC of 18.5 Lakhs. KIIT ensures around 90% student placement.

Flipkart, Accenture, Delloite, and many big companies like that visit us. The average package is 6 lakh per annum and the highest is 26 lakh per annum. There is almost 100% placement. Placements start from the 3rd semester.

After the completion of the 2nd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. During this covid time, more than 40 company visited the college and some of the students got multiple offers. The highest package for the year is about 8 lakh and the lowest package is 5 lakh per annum.

To learn more about the corporate sector. To get more exposure. Faculty students ratio was 1:15. Every faculty was from IIM and Xavier's. It was twice a year. Semester basis. 2 years and 4 semesters. The teachers were extremely good, friendly and helpful.

From 2nd sem students gets the opportunuty to be eligible for placements Average salary lies betwwen 6-7 lakhs and the highest till now gone to 9 lakhs As of now out of 320 students almost 220+ students placed and for all rest students placement is going on

The placement was quite good too. The average package was around 6LPA and I was placed with a package of around 8LPA and with 4 campus opportunities. The highest package was 12 LPA and the Minimum was 4 LPA. Around 75% got placements because of the pandemic.

Reasons are - Decent return on Investment, Good faculties, Great Campus, Very good infrastructural facilities for overall development. Placements are really good here. They get good companies for the campus but it depends upon the students whether they are able to bag it or not companies like Delloite, TCS, HDFC, Zomato, Oyo, Tata Mahindra, Ericsson, ICICI prudential etc. The average package is 6.5 lakhs and the highest is around 18 lakhs.

After 3rd-semester companies started coming for the placement process some of the top companies who are regular visitors of KSOM were Byjus, Britania, TCS, HDFC, ICICI, YES Bank, Delloite, Adani, Outlook, Ultratech, etc. The highest package is 14.5 lakh and the average package is 7.5 lakh more than 95% of students were getting placed consistently. My plan is to secure a career in marketing with a reputed firm.

This college has the best placement record as compared to any other. It gives the best placement. Gives every student the opportunity for building a good carrier. Very big and renowned companies come to the campus. One gets into campus from their 2nd semester. From the 2nd semester, one gets on campus in the company they like. This college gives choices of various and great companies to us to choose from. Packages of every company us damn high. The placement is damn good. My plans after my degree were to be in a corporate field.
