Campus was very good.Proper study environment was there.
Campus placement also provided by college.
Teachers were good, even HRD and marketing teachers were best.

Dislikes

Sometimes they provide fake placements which is very embarassing.
There are some teachers and staff who have no sense that how to talk with their students or parents.
Always they try to do formalities rather than focusing on doing things genuinely

Different types of circular activities were conducted every week
Provide a wide spectrum of platform where we can easily open up to anyone without any hesitation and fear

Dislikes

Space and equipments are limited and there were many things we have to deal with like teachers are not so appropriate
There were no freshers were conducted from college side .

Jagran college provide different platforms for different course structure student .
It engage many courses with other physical activities in game and tournaments ongoing college campus.
Good faculty structure with needed course computer classes and providing assignment and projects in my course .

Dislikes

Package rating was 3 out of 5 was seen here.
There is no internship opportunity from the college to student .

Admission:

I choose this college due to some issues delay on my boards result and so on. Competition between the students is less as compared to other colleges who were provided btech course with bca on same which will increase the competition. Bba , bcom are seen to less competitive for bca students here .

I applied in Virendra Swaroop Institute of computer but due to lack of seats there I chose this college . In the admission process firstly we have to purchase a admission form of 500 rs. Then they we have to obtain a registration no through CSJMU website. After submitting all the required documents the admission is done.

Life at jagran

Likes

There is no attendance issue they may force you attend college in first year but after that there is no complusion
They do care about your grades and help us to increase them.

Dislikes

Canteen is very small and most of the times it is closed
If you want a big campus this college is not for you

Admission:

I had few colleges in my mind as i belong to kanpur PSIT is the top college but i think if you are preparing for other exams you should not apply to psit as it has a 95% compulsory attendance so preferred Jagran over psit as i wanted to prepare for other exams. There is less pressure comparing to psit.

Why "its worth it" college

Likes

I really love the faculty here. They are so interactive and enthusiast for their students. They help them alot
The college campus is really very big and clean. It provides us a good environment for sure
Our college conduct many events which really help students to grow our personality

Dislikes

Canteen food is not that great. They should look after its quality
There are no facility of seats in canteen. Which makes us stand all the time while eating
There are no fans in canteen which really causes too exhausting environment

Admission:

I applied to CSJMU AND HBTU in kanpur but i did not go selected in HBTU and then i didn't wanted to go CSJMU because of conveyance issue. So i did choose Jagran as it is very much near to my house and also providing good knowledge. We had to register to our college. And the student who is applying must have scored more than 60% in 12th or they are not getting in. There was direct admission so it does not cause much problem
