ISBR Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The college offers a decent placement scenario with a notable 90-95% placement rate. Companies from various sectors, including banking, finance, healthcare, hospitality, media, HR, and marketing, visit the campus for recruitment. Prominent recruiters include American Express, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, PwC, and Infosys. The salary packages range from INR 3 to 28 lakhs per annum, with an average package of around INR 5 lakhs. While the placement cell organizes various preparatory activities, there is a significant gap between the highest and average packages.

Most job opportunities are in marketing and HR, with fewer opportunities in finance and other specializations. Internship opportunities are also provided, with stipends ranging from INR 5,000 to 15,000, and companies like ICICI Bank, Wipro, and ITC participate. Although the placement process is generally positive, there are concerns about the sufficiency of opportunities and the disparity in expected and received salaries.
