IBS Mumbai does not provide on-campus hostel facilities. However, students can find nearby accommodations such as private hostels, PGs, and flats, with rents typically ranging from INR 5,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on the type and furnishing level. The college assists students in finding these accommodations, often through brokers.

Students commonly choose accommodations in Powai or nearby areas, with some opting for locations like Navi Mumbai or Vashi. While meal provisions must be arranged independently, the campus offers two canteens with reasonably priced food. The college infrastructure includes 26 classrooms, an auditorium, a computer lab with 50 desktops, a library with 30,000 books, and recreational facilities.
