Placement opportunities are good; top companies, including the big 4, are recruiting students from gnc.
There are special benefits to sc candidates in finding scholarships.
They always ready to helps us..and the faculty helps the students to learn new course that help us to develop our knowledge...every student have there own mentor staff that's really good thing they helps us with any kind of problem..

Dislikes

No protest can be college is strictly not agree
The college was good but sometime we missed our id card at home so they can allow you after the thorough check that would irritates you.
College fees is getting increased year by year that is the most disappointing thing in the college

My college review

Likes

I liked the infrastructure over there , it was quite average
I liked how the helpers cleaned the places
Spacious classrooms and greenary all over the campus

Dislikes

The canteen food is very unhealthy for the students and also expensive
I didn't like the inequality towards different department students
They don't organise freshers day for the freshers and don't provide any kind of leave after sem exams not in the winters

Placement Experience:

There are good companies coming to the college but they only provide less amount of package which is 2-3 lpa and the highest package is 6-7 , only 70% of students get the placement... My plans after getting degree is to get a job

I liked this college for its good placements
This college is a well known college in Chennai
The freedom they give to the students, I love it

Dislikes

About certain staff, some being rude to students
The monkeys inside the campus just totally irritates and spoil the mood of students when they eat
The bench are too short and I feel uncomfortable when I sit in there

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is so good and more students get placed in my college. The best thing is my college helps us to get placed and get a good job. There's a good campus placement in my college and it helps more students.

All you need to know about gurunanak

Likes

Very affordable with no donation fee for any of the streams
Both self financed and government aided streams are treated equally with equal opportunities
All the professors are PHD qualified and teach excellently

Dislikes

The college has monkeys around the campus
Sometimes the cultural events conducted are less
Rules of government aided streams are but stricter than self financed

I personally chose this course as I wanted to join the armed forces. Anyone who is interested in joining the civil services, uniformed service or any competitive exams can choose this course as most of the syllabus covers those topics

COLLEGE IS LOCATED AT CENTRE OF CITY AND ALSO THERE IS NO POLLUTION INSIDE THE CAMPUS IT IS AN ECO FREE CAMPUS
STAFF IN THE COLLEGE ARE MOSTLY WELL EXPERIENCED AND THEY ARE FRIENDLY TO STUDENTS
THERE WAS PLACEMENT CELL AVAILABALE IN THE COLLEGE

Dislikes

HOSTEL FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CAMPUS FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS
THERE SHOULD BE PPT MACHINE IN EACH AND EVERY CLASS
SOME OF THE NEW TRAINING TEACHERS SHOULD DEVELOP THERE TEACHING SKILLS

I like the campus it is located in centre of city and also it's so greenish with lot of trees and pollution free
Staff will be always friendly and they will also helps us. To clear our doubts too they will be so kind
High standard learning methods will be used in the campus

Dislikes

There won't be any college fest and also there won't be any function
The college doenot have its own hostel facility for both boys and girls
And in the college there won't be any IV

Teaching methods are mostly developed .but there will be a single ppt machine in a department there won't be ppt machine in each and every class so if the machine is available in all classes it will develop the students learning

My College Life

Likes

It is better than my old college and giving free food and place to sit in the college campus.
In sports they are also helping for dearness allowance for playing matches and travelling.
They are also giving us the space to study and ask doubts without any hesitation

Dislikes

Canteen is not good and it is very congested
Some of teachers are not coming to the classes properly and they are also not teaching properly
Home guard is the problem in college. They are always making issues while parking the vehicles

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying Master of commerce is okay. The same thing and few same subjects which I studied in undergraduate. Classes are good and we are also having some gaps. Not a big difference and 1 or 2 subjects are new for us. I want to suggest that to give holiday after the semester exams. But not before that. It is quite difficult for us to study. It will be easy for us to ask doubts.

The college was neat and clean the ambiance is surrounded by trees
The staffs out there are friendly and there is no bias

The placement in our college is quite good the minimum package a student could get is 15000 per month and i think its a good start for bcom degree holders and even the internship from many companies are available

The environment is very peaceful and very pleasant
Canteen is very nice and there are both veg and non veg

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year and they can be eligible to apply for placements and the college will guide them . There are many companies like HP Asus dell hero honda maruthi suzuki infosys etc. The highest package is around 3 to 4 lakhs and the average package will be between 80k to 1lakhs. Actually 95%of the students will be placed in the placement . My plan is to do MBA after this degree and get ag good job under any category

Life at GNC chennai

Likes

The college has a nice ambiance and filled with greenery

Me and my college

Likes

Our college have many cultural activities and also encourage the students to take part in other college culturals
I like the scenary of the college which is very pleasant and peaceful.
Teaching is very very good and the staffs are so easy to approach.

Dislikes

The management would have arranged transportation facilities for the students.

Placement Experience:

From the fifth semester the students become eligible for the campus placements. Many influenced companies like TCS have been visited our college and have numerous opportunities. Till now I haven't attended any of the placement interviews as I was pursuing my 3rd semester. As of my knowledge 80% of the students are getting placements. My plan after getting degree is to join a best company to prove my abilities and to learn more.
