Selection Process
All eligible candidates who complete the GAT BBA Application Form are allowed to appear for the entrance examination. However, not everyone comes to the selection rounds. The details for the same are-
- The university compiles a list of candidates based on their application and entry results.
- Shortlist candidates are required to appear in the Personal Interview (PI).
- The allocation of the final seat is based on the overall performance of the candidate. Other quality parameters are also considered at the time of selection.

Program Structure
The three-year BBA program aims to improve student learning skills, management personality, and management skills in the right combination of business and general education.
- The program consists of the following courses:
- Basic (Compulsory) Courses that provide general exposure to the reader on social media and topics
- Core Courses
- 100 Disciplinary Preferences
- Provide an extended scope of the topic
- Provide for the disclosure of the various categories
- To develop the skills of student preferences in departments
- Open Electives – natural and not related to the instruction to expose the student to areas such as general knowledge, human development, economics, civil society, governance, etc.
- Each course is given a certain number of credits based on the number of hours of communication (lectures and courses) per week.
- Generally, credits are awarded for courses based on the following contact hours per week each semester-
- 1 credit - Each lecture for an hour per week
- 1 credit - Each practical for 2 hours per week
- 2 credits - Each practical for 3 or more than 3 hours per week
- The student must receive a total of 121 credits out of 145 for Basic, Core, and Elective Choice courses.
- The student must receive 12 of the 16 credits in the Professional Competency Development Courses.
- A minimum of 133 Credits on 161 credits is mandatory to complete the program and to earn the degree.

Some Important Points
- Medium of Instruction - The instruction method (including tests and project reports) will be in English.
- Enrolment - Every student must register for each semester at the time specified by the Institute / University.
- Attendance Requirements - A student who attends less than 85% of all courses covered in any semester will not be allowed to attend the final semester exam and he or she will not be allowed to sign up for the next semester of study and therefore have to repeat the semester.
- Assessment - Student performance assessment, in theory, will be based on two components: Continuous assessment (40 marks) and end-of-year semester 60 marks.
- A student has to secure an aggregate of 40% in the course in the two components put together to be declared to have passed the course, subject to the condition that the candidate must have secured a minimum of 24 marks (ie.40%) in the theory components at the semester-end examination.
- Practical work/project/industrial training/Viva Voce/Seminar/skills development etc are fully tested under continuous assessment to obtain 100 marks, and the student must obtain at least 40% to obtain a passing grade.
