GITAM School of Business Visakhapatnam Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

GITAM School of Business Visakhapatnam offers an MBA program in 4 specializations. Graduation Degree holders will be eligible for admission to the course. Selection to the course will be based on the performance in GAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/APICET entrance examination. The shortlisted candidate for the qualifying examination will be called for the Personal Interview.

GITAM School of Business Visakhapatnam MBA Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any subject from a recognized university or institution.
• Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.
• Appearing candidates can also apply for admission.

Admission to all the MBA Courses will be based on the performance in the qualifying examination GAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/APICET entrance examination. The admission process is divided into 7 stages:

• Step - 1: Apply for GAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/APICET.
• Step - 2: Fill the application form for the GITAM Institute of Management.
• Step - 3: Attend the entrance test (GAT). CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/APICET qualified candidates will be exempted from the test.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion or Personal Interview.
• Step - 4: Selection Letter will be sent to the students through mail.
• Step - 5: Shortlisted candidates should pay INR 40,000/- within a week of receiving the offer letter.
• Step - 6: Provisional admission or Allotment letter will be issued online.
• Step - 7: The candidate would receive confirmed admission at the time of reporting for classwork by submitting all original certificates and the second installment of the first-year fee.

The selected candidate can join the batch according to the date and time mentioned in the Confirmation Letter.

GITAM School of Business offers a BBA program in 5 specializations and B.Com in 2 specializations. The candidates who have passed 10+2 are eligible to apply for admission. Admission to the BBA and B.Com programs is done on the basis of valid marks scored in GAT/AIMA GAT conducted by the institute.

GITAM School of Business BBA & B.Com Eligibility:

• Higher Secondary Examination qualified candidates will be eligible for admission.
• Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates appearing for final examination can apply for admission.

GITAM School of Business offers a Ph.D. program in 8 specializations. The candidates who have passed Masters are eligible to apply for admission. Admissions are done on the basis of valid marks scored in UGC/CSIR NET/GPAT/GURCET / pre-Ph.D. examination.

GITAM Institute of Management Ph.D Eligibility:

• Master’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 55% marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.
