How PGDM in DSIMS will help me in building my career?

In our PGDM pedagogy, a lot of Guest lecturers are invited from the corporate sector. We have our Industry- Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC) at which a PG student gets an opportunity to interact and network with the industry people. To meet the requirement of the industry and to keep the sanctity of the classroom learning DSIMS has developed a unique feature - the Manager in Making or MiM Program. The major objective of the MiM program is to provide a holistic understanding of the National as well as Global Business Environment and to achieve a working knowledge of the business practices through direct interaction with managers, workers and government officials. Besides, the syllabus of PGDM is updated at regular intervals with due consultation with our esteemed Board of Studies Members who are generally top executives from Corporate and Academia.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement were very good with lot of companies and their good profiles. Average package was between 3 to 5 lac with minimum criteria Companies were good and also big four companies were included. My plans were to get into a bank where I can get into a finance department Students got placed out of 100 it was 65%
