My MBA journey at Assam Institute of Management

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty was well qualified for teaching the subjects. One thing I liked about the Marketing paper was the faculty used a lot of real-life examples and gave a lot of group assignments and presentations which was fun. Coming to exams we had a trimester system i.e 3 exams in one year. But the crazy thing was 6 exams on 6 consecutive days which was pretty demanding.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is up to date. Each trimester we have 6 subjects. Faculty are PhDs and they are really helpful and friendly with students. The total number of students is 70. The exams are conducted with the gap of 4 months but due to covid circumstances exams are postpone and conducted online. The way of teaching is really interesting and helpful.

The faculty of our institute is excellent, having deep and thorough knowledge in their respected fields as well as having previous experience in the corporate world. They are very friendly in their teaching method and are ready to help you anytime. A sense of motivation they instill among students during their teaching is what makes them special. AIM MBA program follows a trimester mode system which makes it possible to include a wide range of course contents as well as include more innovative courses. Exams are held at every 4 months interval which makes it easier to remember things learned during each trimester. AIM gives emphasis on how creative your answers are in exams.

Facilities are well qualified with industry experience. All the facilities are doctorates. And here we have the trimester mode of examination. The Exam is conducted in 3 months. The total number of seats was 70. The teachers here are very good and a lot friendly than other institutions. Every teacher here is a PhD holder. It's a trimester program so once a year 3 exams are held so a total of 6 trimesters in 2 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I wanted to go to the corporate field. An MBA is considered a desirable degree if you opt to go to the corporate field. The faculty members in AIM are superb and are very friendly. The learning experience in AIM is very awesome. All faculty members are well qualified and have PhD in their respective fields. The teaching method is conventional. However, there is a lot of scope for improvement of practical approach in the college. Exams are conducted on a trimester basis. This means in a tenure of 2 Years students need to appear for 6 examinations in total. Exams are not difficult at all to pass. The faculty members provide very nice mentorship and educate the students well before any exams.
