Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research is a premier management college located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow.

Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research offers AICTE approved Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes.

Admissions to both the postgraduate courses are entrance based.
Candidates have to score a minimum of 50% in their graduation in order to qualify for admission.

The postgraduate courses offered by Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research are regular, full-time and of 2 years duration. Candidates who successfully completed their graduation in any stream (Arts, Science, and Commerce) with minimum 50% marks can apply for admission to these courses.
