- The college faculties are good and well educated some of them also have master's degree and their teaching styles are also good very easy to understand they also maintain good relations with their student
- Sports wise thakur college is one the best with infrastructure and coaches.
- The college is well known and have many courses one can apply from junior college to masters they provide all of them in many different branches,this college is well connected and can be reached easily
Dislikes
- The students are very violent and have disputes with each other like gang war.
- Very rude Non Teaching Staff (Peons), Very impatient, disrespectful.
- Admission staff is so rude and take donations under the table.

Course Curriculum Overview:
A good amount of qualified teachers are available at our need. Teaching methods are easy to grasp. Exams were consistent and timely. Passing exams were neither easy nor very difficult. I have selected this course to pursue a professional course side by side. And my parents and my teachers told me to do a bcom as bachelor course is must before any professional course. This course has basic commerce subjects like accounting, taxation, business law, business economics,etc.

Students become eligible for campus placements as they start their third year (i.e. the final year) of b.com. There are regular placement drives and conducted in a disciplined fashion. Some of the companies that visit are :

I chose this course because I wanted to prepare for UPSC. The faculty members of this college are highly qualified with their master's degree and others. The teaching quality is excellent for every teacher. They organise exams regularly.

5/6 semester college give placements to all and good marks and communication skill with crack the interview.
Mahindra and Mahindra with Nesco and Serco.
With Kotak bank, most of the are banking with BPOs are coming for bachelor degree with marketing also.
Placements are not depended upon marks its depend upon how to present your self.
My plan is the company's secretary of India.

The company like Yahoo, Facebook, Google etc many companies gives placements. The hight placement is 5 lac INR. Almost 70 percentage of students get the placement is all-over companies. I take a placement for short periods and then I initiate my own company.

After Semester 4 students are available for campus Axis bank. High package for fresher was 3 lac and the average package for fresher are 2.25 lac. Not necessary fill form with your marks you got and if selected by a visitor for placement.
I joined the Axis bank.

First of all thakur is a well reputed college and from the start itself I wanted to study in this college. Also my seniors recommended me to do BSc from here that is why I chose this college and now I'm working for a good company

Maintenance and accommodation and ambience too.i had heard about this college from my seniors,and they recommended me this college.also this college was nearby from where i reside so it was convenient for me.and thus i to choose this college
