- The college faculties are good and well educated some of them also have master's degree and their teaching styles are also good very easy to understand they also maintain good relations with their student
- Sports wise thakur college is one the best with infrastructure and coaches.
- The college is well known and have many courses one can apply from junior college to masters they provide all of them in many different branches,this college is well connected and can be reached easily

- The students are very violent and have disputes with each other like gang war.

The college has a great infrastructure with all the facility possible, teachers with a great experience and knowledge, also lot of opportunity and support for extra curricular activity which helps students improve their interpersonal skills.

Thakur college of science and commerce is renowned,it is been awarded A grade by NAAC and it falls in top 20 colleges in mumbai, thats why I look admission in thakur. The think I like the most is our Nescafe area,where we use to spend our happy times. I wanted to make my career in business so I opted for BMS

Reputation, location, campus, faculty are just awesome. The professors are highly qualified and very helpful. The atmosphere or the vibe of the college is very positive. Location - it is well connected to station and buses.

Thakur is a very good college overall I personally root for the faculties. The management is good but there's always scope for improvement even if you are perfect, a little can be improved when it comes to big classrooms and computer rooms.

Entrance Preview:
There was no entrance exam as i got into the degree on basis of my 12th std.i scored 72 percent. I have always been kind of into business so this course was a go for it .

I did not have to take any entrance examination to apply for admission into the college for BMS. The admission process required only my 12th scores, the lowest cut off for General Category Students was around 72%, and that for UP Quota was as low as 55%. My score being 84% in the General Quota, I had no trouble whatsoever getting into the college of my choice.

Remarks:
My first impression of the college was that it is just like a school, only a bit more independent. The attendance is very strict. Students are not allowed to enter lectures if they are more than 10 minutes late for it, as the peons are ordered to close the gates.
