Ans. Every academic year, twice, college placements are arranged. On average, 150 companies participate. Approximately 400 students apply for a job. The College also provides internships with companies that carry out course-related work. The stipend for the internship, on average, is INR 4000-7000 per month.

Ans. To apply for the recruitment, the placement cell begins with a process of registration for students who are willing to apply for the recruitment. A Google form is provided to the students, and mostly final year and Alumni students are given opportunities. After filling up the Google form, the respective HR personnel of the organisation begin with pre-placement talks, group discussion, and interview. Once the recruitment process is completed, the students are intimidated about the selection and are asked to join the firm within a suitable time period.

Ans. The placement cell at the Model College provides training and orientation programs to prepare students. Career counselling or placement cell helps students with informed decision-making, aligning their interests and strengths, and maximizing potential. The placement cell is determined to make informed educational and occupational choices for the students.
