Yes there are few good and bad things about this college. If you want a city lifestyle then sorry this college has a taste of classic indian style of lifestyle and the college is having very good and greeny premises so make your mood happy every time you get out of classroom.

Infrastructure is not good, otherwise, everything is good. next, we all miss the chance of living in modern cities as college is located in an average city Sangli but at times it feels good to be in a silent and pollution free city like Sangli

Merit List, There are few government quotas for Northeast, Jammu Kashmir, Gulf and NRI students.

Much more good things have to tell about the college. Sports facilities, very well-conditioned ground and space to play various games. Not the academics but your overall personality gets developed in this college. As a result, the good placements and handsome salary jobs you get directly after college. Nice faculties and charming environment. Here, I found socially connected tech minds.

Walchand college is best for placement, which is the main purpose of taking engineering in life. Every college has it's pros and cons but Walchand college gives you starting point for your career.It is best to start with.

For computer science engineering, it is awesome as they have 100% placement for computer science engineering. For electrical and electronics, they have above 80% placements for this branch.

Overall experience is totally satisfied.woth money, as compared to other colleges this college is more aware and focussed about studies and physical activities.Best engineering college according to me.

The good placement .70% for core branches. Average package 5 lacs. Major companies-Eaton, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS. For CSE branches, packages can go up to 13 lacs.

Things sometimes I don't like are the quality of food we get in college campus. I am not at all satisfied by the quality and also very less variety is available.
