Terna Engineering College B.E. Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Terna Engineering College provides a 4-year B.Tech program in full-time mode across 9 different specializations. The eligibility and selection criteria for admissions are as follows:

Candidates must have passed the 10 + 2 Level Examination with at least 45% Marks from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for general category students.
A relaxation of 5% is provided to the students of SC/ST background.
For admission selection, students are required to pass the JEE Main or MHT CET examination with the required rank of the institute.
These exams are conducted by the CET Cell for state-level exams and by the Central government for the JEE examination.

Admission:

I applied for many engineering college but I was allotted with this college so I check the reviews with your websites and I found is very relevant to me so I choose this college and the experience have been above average for me the college provides facilities to US and campus is also great which I love about this college and the teachers are very good and well educated. The cut off for the engineering college is around 80% tile in CET exam of Maharashtra you can apply for the admission process if you are able to satisfy the cut of you can apply for this college and join this course the admission process is not that lenghty

Like I applied for MGM engineering college, Sarswati engineering college and some like. But in college merit list I didn't get the college of any in IT. Then my friend suggested the college terna engeneering college. Then I go for offline addmission process. The process of admission is little easy in some hours my addmission is confirmed.

I applied for this college bcoz I want ai&ds branch and this branch is available in this college. And i checked all colleges nearby me so in thane there were no colleges were look good or has that much facilities shown in google and in central line there are some colleges but they has minority like Muslim, gujrati, christian and all in western line it will be far too regular travelling bcoz of family concern they not ready for hostel so I have to go for new mumbai colleges bcoz my relatives also live there so they concern me to check thane or new mumbai side college so in new mumbai that time I see only that college has those branch and my percentile of cet that time was 85 percentile something so in first list i got selected for sc ladies seat in those branch there are only 1 seat for ladies in those category so I got this so I thought it would be ok so I freeze those seat and get a admission by admission process in college so basically i didn't get rejected by any college. But that time while admission there are restrictions that only online payment will accepted so that time my family wasn't use online payment we was prefering cash so we have to request relatives to pay via online and then we give them cash so that part was terrifying And there are so many processes while admission 1st time.and not that all process in one floor another floors with another classrooms that was headache part bcoz we are with our parents that time . But now it's ok

Terna is best choose through cap round.

Admission:

I chose this college it was my college forty number 40 I applied in cap round and I got this college as per merit list in cap round. You must have given CET or JEE main to get admission through cap round. If you get admission from cap round, then ok, if you get no, you can contact college admission office and ask if there is any option to get admission.

Because of Google reviews , have heard postive review from different people well compare to other collages the campus feel small and compact and I got less marks in CET and was from other University then Mumbai University and criteria for admission for other University candidates is less than home University candidate.

Admission:

I wanted a better college than this but because of my cet score i got seat in this college for computer branch. Near my cet score i had better choices such as kj somaiya(Sion),pillai college,Don Bosco college but they are at very far distance so my time would be wasted in travelling.
