Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed Class XII (10+2) with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 45 percent (40 percent for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B as per MAKAUT norms).

A valid score in WBJEE 2026 or JEE Main 2026 is required for admission to TINT through WBJEEB centralised counselling.

Candidates are allocated seats based on WBJEE/JEE Main rank, category, and choice-filling during WBJEEB counselling. Reserved category candidates are eligible for percentage relaxation as per West Bengal government norms.

Management quota applicants (10 percent) apply directly at TINT. Contact the admissions office at tint.edu.in for management quota eligibility and procedure.

Admission Process

Register and appear for WBJEE 2026 at wbjeeb.in. WBJEE 2026 exam is scheduled on May 24, 2026. Download the admit card and check your rank after results.

After the WBJEE result, register for WBJEEB online counselling. Choose TINT Kolkata and select the CSE branch during choice-filling.

Seat allotment is published by WBJEEB. If allotted TINT, pay the provisional fee online to lock your seat.

Report to TINT with original Class XII marksheet, WBJEE/JEE Main rank card, allotment letter, category certificate, and passport photographs for document verification.

Complete fee payment at TINT’s accounts office, collect your enrolment number, and attend the orientation programme. Classes commence in August 2026.
