The campus is very big and nice cleanliness
The are many labs in the college and they very clean
The teaching staff is very nice and polite

Dislikes

The non teaching staff is not very nice and they are not polite
The college timing is not very nice I don't like that
They always give many assignment in college

The college choosen by me is very nice. The college choosen by me is autonomous and it has both technical courses and non technical courses the admission process is very nice and it is not very lengthy and they help us for admission

I like the playground of my campus for cricket
I like canteen of my collage and trees .
Also I like the college events is happened in my collage

Probably I don't like the attendance system
College time is also very bad ..........

My collage is affiliated with mumbai university and certified with nacc agency with A++ grade And my engineering college is autonomous That's why I chose this college over all other colleges. And I get this college thorough cape round

There is not good campus life only i canteen for whole campus same for engineering ,manegment ,pharmacy,humanities, jr college, school etc.
nothing special in this college ony timepss happen whole day.
Teacher are not cooprative.they need their own subject note book for JAVA which exam are ON COMPUTER.

Dislikes

There is not good campus life there is only one canteen for entire campus.
Placement support is 0% there no placement 2024 % rate is 0.
They told for 75% attendance but some are needed 90+ other wise not giving entry in exam hall."Per subject" they need .they did not give me permission to set for java exam keeeping lec but not giving attendance.

Admission:

So i tell u about mmy journy from 12 th i got scamed in CET and my result came out with 2.__%lie and i got in jee 68 %lie and i wan to take admission in IIT then NIT the top clg in mumbai but i not get so i get here near to my home.bad clg in this wolrd is this.

Net work issue on some floors and classroom's which disappoint sometimes

Admission:

I have applied for 2 colleges 1st st john and 2nd is vartak because they are well known and they have good reviews. Yeah i got rejected from colleges like theem and vartak because of cutoffs. The admission process was easy for me after 12th mht-cet examination and then through capround we can take the admission. Otherwise we can also go through management kota which takes higher fees

My Experience at SJCEM

Likes

it has a good infrastructure compared to most of the engineering colleges the environment and campus is very clean big and walkable for students . the teaching faculty is kind and very helpful but not all . the cultural events held are enjoyable ..

Dislikes

despite all the good things the college lacks alot of things like the teaching faculty aren't enough experienced and helpful in academic study , the placements system is in shambles very hardly students get placed with a significantly low lpa

Admission:

i choose sjcem over other colleges for various reasons i applied to different engineering colleges and got selected in some , but this is was the best prefernce for me due to personal and travelling reasons the mid rage fees also played a vital role the admission pprocess at sjcem was relatiely straightforward , the eligible criteria was same as per other applied colleges overall the admission process was smooth and helpfull staff

Football ground, labs, faculty, office staff, sports facilities
Faculty is nice n well behaved the staff also helps student a lot
Sports cordinator also motivates students to participate in sports

Dislikes

The train traveling part is the most hated
If you stay away from palghar this college is not meant for you
Because the trains are available at a gap of 1hr

For me it was just because some relatives told my father that this was a pretty decent college because their son who has studied here is now on a good package n well settled in life. I also visited this college for my cet entrence exam

College campus is very nice. Atmosphere is very positive
There are two canteens in our college campus. Food is tasty. We used to spend more time there.
College building infrastructure is very big and good

Dislikes

Fees are quite more. For middle class family quite difficult to pay 80000 rs. Per year.
Placements only for IT and computer. For mechanical branch there are less placements
We have annual functions and sports in college. So it is good for personal development.

Admission:

Our admission process is online. According to our marks and colleges cut off will get the college. There was 3 rounds for college selection. In the first list I got themes college boisar. But I chose to wait for 2nd list. And then I got st. John college. After checking all the information about the college I have decided to confirm the admission

Reality of My college

Likes

This college is located in palghar where there is no other better college in palghar expect it.
The campus is good and nature friendly so feels comfortable.
It provides various different courses and opportunities.

Dislikes

The campus is good but it is too much crowded.
The labs and the classrooms do not have AC.
Also the sports equipments are not provided during college hours.

Admission:

The reason I chose this college was as it was near my town and my parents wanted me to not go far for the college. I was willing to take admission in Atharva college of Engineering in Mumbai as it is better than St john college of engineering palghar in many aspects like events, placements, etc. The admission process is not difficult the college faculty guides for it. The exams required for admission are MHT CET and JEE Mains.

The good bad of the clg

Our clg has good professor and staff and our clg is clean it is also located out of city that's way it is out of pollution
Our clg has anti-ragging squad Ani our clg security is at good level
Our clg organise where good progress event and days for students it also encourages us

Dislikes

Our clg is strict for study's Ani for attendance

I applied in Thakur clg of engeneering but I don't get the set and I choose this clg because it is near to me I want less travel time and it takes me only 20 min to reach the clg I don't get a rejection as I don't apply in any other rather than Thakur the addmission process is you should give CET entrance exam and score above 70 percent for your course and the cut of list 95 percent and goes down to 70 percent

Faculty are supportive and well experienced , Mentoring are helping in our difficulties the College is very strict in nature
Infrastructure is awesome, The college provide intership at second year in this year
Many intercollege curriculum are there in this college that Student wilp have knowledge not about only study but also many things which help in personal development

Dislikes

There are few things I dislike , some classroom are not well designed
Bathroom are not proper maintain , no college bus faculty for the student
C++ and Java faculty are not proper , no experience in them

I have applied for many college I applied for Cap cet round I first round I got seat confirmed in Government College of ratnagiri of engineering But due to extreme distance I moved for Cap 2 In cap 2 I got confirmation for datta meghe for mechanical engineering But Moved for Cap 3 I got st John College of engineering palghar Which was near to me and I got a course I want St John College have cet jee mains addmission This year the cutoff was 80 for aiml
