- Application forms will be given in the college offline and I received approximately 60000 reservation benefits. Some of the staffs are very strict and harsh to the students. Management are very strict and put fine for simple reasons to the students
Fees and Financial Aid:
The total tution fees for BE program at Sona college of technology Salem is between 200000 and it includes caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, and development fees, kab fees and others. For reservation category the fees will be decreased. For others the fees is between 360000 . They provide a tuition fees waiver of 10000 to 40000 per year for the first year merit students who meet certain academic performance and attendance criteria. They provide a tuition fees waiver of 5000 to 10000 per year for merit cum means scholarship students whose parents annual income is less than 100000 subject to certain conditions. So finally for four years they provide all the fees between 400000 to 500000 I also paid that fees only and I availed reservation of sc category so I paid only between 100000. Apart from government scholarship schemes The management scholarship are available under merit, merit cum means sports, extra curricular, co curricular categories to a sum of INR 35 LPA

Course fee is 1.25 lpa for government quota 1.50lpa for one year (2sem) for management quota There are aicte, sc/st, bc/mbc, sports scholarship They provide educational loan for the students who cant able pay the fee

- i don't have any dislikes in my college , everything was good there.
- hostel food should be changed for sure other facilities are good.

Management scholarship is available for management quota students. The scholarship is available for TNEA-applied students. Fees will be in the range of 75000-97000 for counseling students. Apart from college fees, you just need to pay semester exam fees will be in the range of 2200-3500.

There were many scholarships in my college and applied student got benefited from that,and the college itself provides loans, scholarships and concessions for merit students
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose Computer Science and Engineering, We lack a little bit in hands on session but apart from that we have very good teaching staffs and they're very helpful and supportive during the projects. We have Lecture Capturing System which is very helpful in case we skipped a class and also to recheck difficulty topics. The placement ratio is quiet good in Computer Science department. The staffs provide with necessary notes so it's not quiet difficult to pass.

The fees is probably about 85000 out of these we will pay only 60000 due to if you are first graduate tamil nadu government can provide us. 25000 and also scholarships of 5000 for us

Yes college were offering scholarship for those students who has got more cut off marks. If any student scored more than their cut off mark they will be getting free of cost.

Scholarships are also available for some students whose parents have their salary less than rupees 4 lakhs (4,00,000) and some students will be apt for sports scholarships who have more knowledge in sports like football, hockey etc and experts in such fields etc.

I don't get any scholarship or loan from my college(am not eligible).But they provide.My friends got scholarship from both government and college management. For SWS students government will provide. For Management Quota they provide management scholarship.depend their family situation.
