The hostel is the best thing provided in the college.
The placement is nice and we are getting the best company offers from multinational and reputed companies.
Our college has been awarded the 'clean and green campus' by the rotary club of chennapatna for the very clean, green, and beautiful campus providing an excellent ambiance for learning.

Dislikes

we dont have any cultural events to happen,we didn't celebrated any good days like pongal,deepavali they always focus on placements not this extra curricular activities
Rules. Mainly focus on boys and girls should not talk. It is a offence there
Formal dress. All the students should come in formals only the girls must come in chudithar no leggings allowed with pinned dupatta

Likes

Food is preferably good in the campus as compared to other colleges.
Architecture and Nature in the campus is so good.
The Security in the campus are so strict that we feel safe.

Dislikes

There are lot of restrictions for a student especially for girls.
There are no fests conducted in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in Artificial intelligence and data science programs. Faculties are available for every course but along with the teaching students have to do their own research to get good grades in the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course content was very organized and focused on industry. The curriculum was designed in a way that will enable us to fully comprehend the subject matter and connect it to the needs of the expanding industry. I chose Information technology since the 60 students in my class would receive equal instruction from each of the skilled and well-trained staff members. However, the term examinations were easy to pass. they provide a question bank for the examination so we were able to prepare from that question bank.

I like hostel and it's infrastructure.i love that surrounding
I love college campus it is greenish and clean structure
There are no issues happen sudden in our college such a peaceful environment

Dislikes

Lot of rules and regulations are in our college
Outside foods not allowed is most unlike rule
We cannot go out easily whenever you want that is an issue

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, soliton, etc visited us they made at least 10 offers. The highest package is around 25 LPA by Amazon's average Round 5.5 LPA. My plan is to become a entrepreneur.

Highly motivating federation

I like the faculties who are very motivating and guiding and kind personalities
The food which they offer is high quality and of a decent taste with aroma. The menu is also fine.
All our projects and innovation which we add in them are highly engrossed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very much assured in RMK. All the training they give is of much importance and worth. The highest package is 26 lpa which is a dream offer and so many offers can be availed. 85 percent of people are being placed in every branch.

Firstly I liked the college placement and the campus
The campus is soo good and disciplined in rmk
The food is very good and hygiene in rmk

Dislikes

There should be leave given other than sunday
Out bus should be provided in this college
Canteen should be kept inside the campus

Placement Experience:

The main reason I joined rmk Is for the placement. There will be no worries about the placements. Companies will visit the campus in the mid of 3rd year. And in the final year moreover, 99% of people will get a job before leaving the campus that 1% will be the students who are not eligible for the 12th marks by the company and they also get after some times.

I choose this course for my career aspirations and academic goals. Also, I have an interest in learning about information technology. Here the faculty-student ratio is commendable.1:35 The faculty members possess impressive qualifications and expertise in their respective fields. They have completed up to their master's and doctorate. There will be a semester 6 months once, and also there will be unit tests and assessments in the middle.

First thing the food is awesome and hygenic
Next the faculty is very good and supportive.
The last is hostel is superb clean and hygenic.

Dislikes

I didnt like the college for the main reason is they will not conduct the fests
one more thing is mess time is late for the pre final year students.

From the fifth semester, the students are eligible for the placements. the placement process is all conducted in our college itself. More number of companies visited our college mainly the ZOHO, Mr. Cooper, tv tv and many more. mostly the package starts from 300000 to 900000. 99% of the students get placements. I am planning to Higher studies

The thing which is like the most is the faculty members, they were so kind and helping.
At Project presentation times, they would help us if we got stuck.
They force us do for the applying hackathon and contests.

Placement Experience:

The placement is nice and we are getting the best company offers from multinational and reputed companies. Those with knowledge and coding skills will win and get the best offers. This is where everyone will be getting offers and should be the best place out of all. The average percentage is 90 and the hike is also the best

A Quick Intro

Likes

campus environment is so good , well disciplined there is no unwanted activities in our college.
faculty is well trained and well mannered, food is in super quality.
the course i took is civil engineering which has a well educated faculty and the professors with doctorate.

Dislikes

there is no fests in the college cause they think that this will be divert students but by seeing all the people of our age we are getting mentally disturbed that we won't have anything like that.
there is no usage of mobile inside the campus even in hostel i think that rule should be changed because now-a-days we have very important use with mobile phone so that should be atleast allowed in the hostel.
there is rule that we should not talk with opposite gender because of this rule students are going against it and going through unwanted things. i think this rule should be removed the rule should be like they should be in their own limits.

Placement Experience:

from the sixth semester students are eligible for campus placement. there are many companies Wipro, L&C, etc. the highest package is 1500000 per annum, average is 300000 per annum. percentage of students getting placement is 65%. I plan to go for higher studies related to architecture.

RMK Engineering College is affiliated with Anna University and is widely recognized for its academic standards. The institute ranks 30th in Tamil Nadu and 155th for BTech in India by NIRF 2020.

Admission Requirements:

RMK Engineering College offers various educational programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels on engineering and technology. Some of the popular courses at the institute are BTech, BE, MTech, ME, MCA, etc.

The admissions to the UG level courses are made through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).
