Placement Experience:

From 6th semester compaies will come for placements. TCS Infosys,Capgemini,Bundle and. More, 38 lAKHS IN GOOGLE 75%+ Job Only i got job in private sector and got offers easily in market so i joined edtech industry at 10 Lkhs Package.

Reality of poornima college of engineering

Likes

The seniors here are helpful and supportive. When you need notes they will try to provide and when you want any advice they are there to give advice according to their knowledge.
I think the study here is good because here we have supportive faculty and they teach us very nicely
Hostel rooms for freshers are very good and the facilities provided like laundry .

Dislikes

The food provided by mess is of very poor quality. They don't maintain hygeine too.
The gender ratio here is very bad as it consists of only 10 girls in 60 students.
The sports facilities are very poor. We don't have any grounds. There is just a basketball court here, if you want to play any other sports then this college isn't for you.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average here mostly students who are placed get 3-4 lpa as a fresher and very low amount of students get above 10 lpa package placement here is average and students who are unplaced here are nearly 40-45 percent

Goods and bads of Poornima college of engineering

Likes

The quality of teaching and faculty are very good
Student community, extracurricular activities and clubs
Availability of resources like libraries and labs

Dislikes

Campus is very small and sports facilities are limied
Faculties are a bit strict about academics
Gender ration is not good as in my class out of 60 students there are only 10 girls

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. companies that visited are infosis, ibm, tcs, accenture, amd many more that have made over 200+ offers around 85% students get placed My plan is also a good placement either through campust placements or by my skill

Life At PCE

Likes

The college is very affordable in today's inflation, where normally private colleges charge around 25 lakhs for the entire B. Tech course.
The faculty is extremely experienced and understanding. Concepts are cleared effectively and one to one communication is maintained for better results.
The college provides amazing infrastructure with up to date technology and labs.

Dislikes

The classes don't have air conditioning facilities which make it a bit tough to tolerate heat in the summers
More scholarship schemes should be available for the students especially schemes for girls.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for camous placements from Year 3. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Erikson visit the campus for placements. The highest package is around 45-50 lakhs. The average packagr is 4-5 lakhs. 89% students got placed in the last academic session. My plans are of pursuing entrepreneurship after getting my degree.

avg placement little good not so bad as we see fees and placement both

course outcome is best & time table and mangement of college is best
books of library and teachers are good for every subject
other culture activity is also good & college student groups and clubs are very best

Dislikes

compus area is too small & classroom and labs are as much not expect
library time is not 24* 7 its just same as clg time & gym and sports are not allow for outsider only for hostle student
placement is not good as expert as other private college but lightly okay okay

Placement Experience:

if i get job or placement by college then i take it and move forward avg 60-70% student placement in this college compus after my degree i took job on compus placement then futher i move i start a startup in 1st year name is JEE NEEV , i interest in teaching then i go for that also my degree college highiest placement is 33lakhs avg placement is 4 to 5 lakhs

Faculty is well experienced and supportive
Loves the college environment, college campus is good and attractive
College fees is worthy of what we having in the college

Dislikes

Library of our college should be improved
Class time should be reduve and lab time should be increase
Transport system should be improved of the college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very important for every student. As for my college campus placement is offered from different companies when they visit our college they take different tests and round for the campus placement. Many companies like Accenture, Hitachi , tcs , ibm ..etc. are visiting our campus for placements

i like the faculty mostly here because they are to supportive for you. we know if faculty is supportive then reading in college is easy.
advanced labs in every department, having a good or experienced lab faculty.
we know there is also requirement of events in between the study in college so the student council arrange too much better events every year and college also support them.

Dislikes

student council members are too selfish for there work only
not having proper ground for physical activities
cafeteria area in college is not too good

Course Curriculum Overview:

so i am mechanical engineering student . i was influnced by my father he is a car mechanic goes to work with them some time and know that difficulties they get in modern vehicles i wants to help them so taken that course. the curriculum prepares me for real life applicatipn by having internship course in every year and industrial visit . that we know that everything we read in colllege never works in industrial work experience it only gives us ethichs and manners to works with collegous.

The college is strict enough to make students study which is a good part.
Every student is evaluated separately which develop the ability and skills.

Dislikes

Strict attendance criteria which restricts us from off campus participations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is comprehensive covering core subjects, such a Statistics Probability and everything the course I find very relevant and I am enroll myself in artificial intelligence and data science course in Computer Science and Engineering field.

Campus is very good and have all the facilities within.
Good library having books for various subjects.
Faculty is very good and well qualified.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike is the uniform culture there.
Canteen also have lack of food varieties.

Placement Experience:

The placement process is also very good. Many of the technical and non- technical companies visit the campus every year and offers a decent package to the deserving students. You will see from your 6th semesters companies will start visiting the college and till 8th semester around 100 companies visit the campus.

College provides multiple opportunities for self improvement.
College provides good placement opportunities and provides good preparation for placement and universitiy exams.
The college faculty is good and supportive in nature.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike the most in the 75%attendance criteria.

Placement Experience:

The college provides multiple placements opportunities. Companies visits the college every year and offers good placements. Student from third year can start registering for the placement opportunities. Companies which comes is the starting time of placement period offers good lpa offers.
