Admission to the college is based on the KCET exam, with seat allocation determined by rankings. Successful candidates must pay both government and college fees; the government fee is around 19,000 INR. At PESCE, students pay three types of fees: 19,000 INR for government fees, about 25,000 INR for first-year college fees, and 4,000 INR for placement fees.
