NSEC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Because Computer Science Staffs are quite good there and they give admission to good rankers. Location is good. I can easily reach my college and I got chance there doing counselling. They have academic as well as physical sports acticvities.

I believe that in the case of placements, student's knowledge and skills is something that comes even before college. The college and authorities of the Techno India Group make sure that good and renowned companies visit the campus and also for centralized campusing. Students can start making preparations for internships from the 4th semester itself and the campusing starts from the middle for the 3rd year and continues in terms up to the end of the last semester of 4th year. As per the reports of the last couple of years, the highest package offered has been 12.5 LPA. The average package offered to students is 4.5 LPA. Placement statistics from all the branches are satisfactory, however, for computer science and engineering, the number is bit high.

I choosed this college because it is one of the best institutes of kolkata. Admissions take place through jee mains and west Bengal combined exam (wbjee). I choosed Computer science because I was interested in cse.

Placements are good in nsec. The main recruiter is TCS. Besides, CTS, Wipro, L & T infotech, ITC e.t.c. recruit students. Average salary package is 3.6 to 4 LPA. A little number of students are hired by companies like Microsoft, Dell etc. Highest package 12lpa.

For the core streams i. e. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, the placement is very bad. But if you are a cse or it student, then you can get a placement opportunity. Around 70% of students of these 2 streams are placed.

The college is located near by my house so that was important. it is like 10-15 minutes walk from my home. and other transport facilities are available too. other than that the college was very charming. and the teachers seemed very helpful.

I have chosen this course because I do not have any other option. According to my rank this was the best college. and the fees is okay. not too high for a private college. the placement is above average.

The college is opposite to my house. This was the main reason. Other than that, the college has a good all round good environment and the faculty is good. The placement record are so so and we really did not have any problem in admission.

My elder brother studied in this college and is now working at a big post in a big company. This was good enough for me to get convinced to get into this college as i know that the future is not bad here.

I chose this college because of it good faculty and campus placement records for CSE,IT and ECE are quite good.The average package of all the departments is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum.
