MJCET Hostel Fees 2025, Facilities, Rooms, Food, Photos

My room is a single room in which I live alone with my belongings...the room consists of bed and AC which is provided by the owner of the hostel, they also provide 3times meal which is different every day but it's same in whole week all month... Hostel fee is 20k per month because it is situated in Banjara Hills Hyderabad which is most posh, clean and one of the most expensive places in Hyderabad, that's why the rents are also higher here, I also have to pay for electricity bill separately besides the room rent aswell...my rented room is in North H block journalist colony in Banjara hills, the only reason I live in this room is because my college is just 100meter away, which is very close to me...thus I can skip the dangerous traffic of Hyderabad haha!

There is no hostel in the campus, the students must have to stay in private hostels or in rooms at near by locality. If you stay any where in Hyderabad minimum monthly expenditure will be around 6000/- per month because there is no campus hostel facility. As there is no hostel better to take a room with friends and stay that will be good option.

I didnt opt for hostelBut there are a lot of hostels surrounding the collegeFor girls there are about 30 to 40 hostels and for boys there are about 40 to 50Hostel rooms will be beat and clean and they will be provided with wifi

I have never lived in a hostel so have no idea about this but there were few of my friends whose native places are different so they may share a room to get least amount of expenditure they get to live their live as a student but again there are some student who stays in a hostels where they get 3 times meals because they don't know how to cook the hostels facilities would take care of the food.

Sorry I have not opted the hostel because my home is 20 km from my college. so I can't say more about hostel but my friends will live in the hostel I know that hostel conditions are not good my friend have said to me

Good College.Only Minority College in the city which is top rated.Under Osmania University it stand after CBIT ,VASAVI, and MVSR.Located at centre of city and 30 yrs old college with good professors and well equipped labs are some of the best things about MJCET. Good Placement record of about 300–400 students getting selected every year.But remember and do not hope that you will get recruited by core companies through camopus placements from MJCET as hardly any company visits the far as software companies are concerned ,yes, there are lot may chances of getting selected

There is no hostel maintained by college administration but there are many hostels near by college in and around 6kms with good amenities in low cost. Food provided in hostels is of good quality and mainly south indian food. There are many hostels available which are walkable from college.

There was no hostel in the college as it is in the heart of the city. There were two canteens- one had non veg food and the other had veg. The food was awesome. The non-veg canteen had noodles, Manchuria, chicken fried rice, ice creams, samosa, juices, chocolates, etc. The non-veg canteen had dosa, idli ,upma and all the meals. The college had few PGs near by with the average rental of 5k.

Well regarding social aspects I have become more socially active and bold student since I have joined this college.This college gives you the freedom to choose what you feel is good for you.There is no academic pressure what so ever.

My overall expereince with MJ was fabulous . Academically it is well and good with regaular classes as per university syllabus . Apart from Academics these college provide a good exposure to real world scenarios , thanks to student chapters. The students out here are more inlvolved in engaging with student chapters and making use of each and every oppurtunity to display themselves and nuture thier talent. organising workshop ,organising hackathons , fun events etc everything is available to explore and expereince .
