MIET Meerut Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The companies start visiting our college for placement from the 6th semester. 50+ companies visited our college in 2021-2023 which has improved now it become 70+. The various offers are made by different companies on the basis of their requirements. The highest package is 44 lakhs and the average package is 4.5 lakhs. The popular companies that visited are Google, TCS, Wipro, Dilode etc.

I have chosen a bachelor of technology in computer science and engineering because I want to go into technology. The faculty-student ratio is bad to be fair, there should be more faculty to achieve good goals. Most of the faculty from master's backgrounds and some of them are from IITs. The exam timings are good but to pass them is hard work.

Placements are offered from the end of the 6th semester. Placements are very hard to go in our college, Good packages are hard earned in our college. So students try off-campus placements. The average package is between 5-8 lacs and the highest package varies from 15-25 lacs.

College placement starts from end of 3 year and goes till last semester of 4Th year. In this first we have to give appitude test for each comapny and then our profile is processed furthur. TCS ,WIPRO etc. comapnies visit campus every year and hire in bulk they provides salary upto 10 lakhs per year.Cognizant have provided pacakge of 27 Lakhs per year last year to a student of our college.Mostly 75% students get placed every year.

all the faculty members are well qualified. Any teacher can teach any subject. They know how to teach. I will give 7 out of 10 to faculty members of the college. 3rd-year faculty members are very supportive and provide guidance to students.

Highly Famous course and we all know it sectors have many opportunities in the future and it is very reliable. New technologies will give much more opportunities to Computer Science programmers. You can say its Future proof

The placement offered by this college is quite good. Approximately 85% of student gets placed in companies. The highest package offered is 24lpa and the lowest is 4lpa. The top companies are Microsoft, Google, IBM,tcs.

From 7 semesters students are eligible for placements. Cognizant, Infosys, etc companies come to campus. Package varies from 3.5 - 12 lakhs. CSE -90% of students are placed whereas another branch.

Almost 100% of students got placed in the computer science branch. This year a salary package of 19 LPA was offered to one of the students of the CS department by Flipkart, which is a very great salary package. Generally, the salary package offered ranged from 6 LPA-7 LPA, which was provided to major students. The other salary package offered is around 3 LPA-4 LPA. Major recruiters here were Wipro, Tcs, Kellton Tech, HashStudioz, Absolutdata, American Express, Adobe, Arcesium, Lambda, and more than 150 companies. Many of the students got internships as per the record, and they majorly got through Internshala.

The placement facility is also good here. Many companies like TCS, WIPRO, Infosys and more visited the campus for placement. Almost 80% of student gets placed in campus placement. Avg package offered is 35000 rupees and the highest package is 1900000 rupees per annum.
