Course Curriculum Overview

all the faculty members are well qualified. Any teacher can teach any subject. They know how to teach. I will give 7 out of 10 to faculty members of the college. 3rd-year faculty members are very supportive and provide guidance to students.

Internships Opportunities

Many internship opportunities are available from 2nd year onwards on the basis of your knowledge. At least 2 months internship is given which are paid of about Rs3500 and it is Online and you have to submit 2 projects one is minor and the other is a major project. Free internships are provided outside the college in online or offline methods.

Fees and Financial Aid

In the 1st year, Rs118013 is charged and from 2nd year onwards Rs107013 is charged. And every year an exam fee is also charged by the university i.e. Rs7865. The total fee is Rs470512 and Rs5000 is refundable at the end of the course as the security deposit, so the net fee is Rs465512 if you are eligible for the UP SCHOLARSHIP, then every year you will get Rs56600 as a scholarship amount.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is not so big but we can say that it is clean. The campus area is very small. There are many clubs available on campus that you can enjoy according to your interest. Ther are 3 libraries available on the campus from which you can take any book to read and you can also borrow books from your home.

Admission

Students must have passed 10+2 PCM with at least 60%. In 2020, you can take admitted on the basis of an entrance exam like UPSEE or JEE or you also can opt for Direct Admission but at present only JEE Mains entrance exam is available to take admission, or also Direct Admission is available. Rank under 2lac can also get admission in the college easily. To find the application form, you can prefer the college website i.e. www.miet.ac.in or you can directly contact the college through a call. No Reservation is available but you can fill UP SCHOLARSHIP to avail scholarship of worth Rs56600 every year.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Hygience managed in every block and department

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges

Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

MIET Review

To get admission in MIET you should score 70% marks and clear 10+2.
