MCKV Institute of Engineering Placement 2025 has not been released yet. But if we look at past years, the median salary has gone up. In 2022, it was INR 4 LPA, then it became INR 4.02 LPA in 2023, and in 2024, it increased to INR 5.2 LPA. This shows that placements are getting better every year.

Students become eligible for placements from 7th Semester. Mass hiring companies are TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, L&T and many start-ups. Average no of offers are like 15 to 20 with avg. pakage of 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Highest pakage is 9 LPA offered by Congizant for SDE1 job profile. Almost 80 to 85% students are placed. Rest goes for higher studies. I want to get into a job, after completion.

A perfect real life experience

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester we are eligible to sit for campus placements . Companies like tcs , wipro, infosys often comes here. 70% of the students gets direct placements. My plans after getting the degree is to do higher studies like mba and from this college.

Placement rate in our college campus is way to higher. As much as I talked with our seniors they said it's approx 86% placement rate every year. So if anyone can maintain average 9 cgpa per year he will get a job in big companies like TCS, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT etc from our college campusing for sure.

Placement is okayish. Placement cell will help upto a point to get you placed in a company. But everyone has limitations. Studenta have to gove their best to grab a job offer.

Campus placements start from the 3rd year itself. Various internship and full time offers are made available to students. Many startups and small sized companies come to college. Some MNC service based companies also come to college. Placements happen both in pool campus and on campus. Average package is about 3-4Lpa. For the core branches several core companies also come for on campus recruitments. A good percentage of students get placed from both on and off campus.

The companies visits according to our tp-cell like previous year there were mnc like Capgemini, Cognizant, LabVentures etc. Current scenarios in the college is mostly thesstart-up companies are hiring. The avg package which were offered by the mnc are 6-7 lakhs based on their skills and it increases according to personal skills
