Fees and Financial Aid:

The year-wise fees is approx 1 lakh rupees per year. The total fees of the course is 4 lakh rupees, which includes admission fees Rs. 71600 at the time of admission. The tuition fees are: Sem 2: Rs. 45000 Sem 3 & 4: Rs. 46100/Semester Sem 5 & 6: Rs. 47200/Semester Sem 7 & 8: Rs 48300/Semester. This includes communication & developement fees, lab fees and other fees. There is no relaxation on fees for OBC/SC/ST/EWS. However under TFW scheme, students tuition fees are waived. TFW candidates have to pay Rs. 27000 at time of admission and Rs. 1000/Semester only. In case of management quota, one need to pay 4 lakh rupees donation at the time of admission, rest fees is same as above. Students who are the residant of west bengal get Swami Vivekananda Scholarship of a amount of Rs. 60000 per year. The fees is increasing every year about 10% of the last year fees.

At the time of admission I paid 72000 on 2022 but after 2022 onwards it increased it is now 90000 something so on second sem it was 45000 i paid , then 46100 for 3,4 sem and now 47200 for 5 sem . development fees is 1000 , and for categorial students its only 1000 for tfw students per sem. Scholarship available in our clg , Vivekananda scholarship, national scholarship, aika shree.

MCKVIE, a good college for its price

It is an autonomous college, has good infrastructure, automobile engineering is also available in this college as a branch and it has a dedicated workshop as well. The computer labs are air conditioned. It also has an underground auditorium.

Semester-wise tuition fees varies from 51k to 59k as of 2024-25. Fees payable during admissiom Admission fee 6k. Caution fee 10k.(Refundable, interest free) Library fee 6k. Student activity fees 4k. Development fee 1k. First semester fees 52.6k Total fees during admission: INR 79,600. Total tuition fees is around 4.75 lakh. (Excluding registration fee, semester exam fee etc.) Tuition fee waiver available for TFW candidates. Hostel: 6k to 6.5k per month (including food) (Rent increases 10% every year)

in my college ,i am btech cse student,yearly i will paid approx 1 lakh rupees.Every semester approx 50k this payment ,in this 46k is for tution fees,development and comunication fees 4k, registration fees are nearly 2k.caution fees are 10k. admission fees are 5k by the website of the wbjee.you can also payment by the ofline mode if you are in counciling process . if you are not in this then the college authority is selected the amount based on the course. My other friends or batchmates though are studying in the ECE,IT,AUE are nearly paid same payment in the every semester. If you SGPA is above 7.5 then you aligible for merit cum scholarship that is given by the west bengal board. Name of the scholarship is svmcm -60k in every year for financial backward students.And many more private scholarships you can applied.
