I choose this course because everyone student wants admission to CS, and IT fields so there is a lot of competition in India everyone does not get placement, chemical engineering is a very rare field, and there are a lot of things to learn and the placement at this college is very impressive so that the reason I choose this college. The faculty member is very helping nature, they are very supportive, and the teacher's staff teach techniques and explain well. This is the second hardest branch in engineering so it is hard to clear all the subjects, don't worry, You can clear these subjects with your clear concept and some daily studies. There are 2 unit tests and 1 sessional exam in this college as internal and external practical exams and the most important is Viva.
I chose Chemical Engineering because I was passionate about chemistry and it's an application in real life. College is Best if you looking for a safe route to get a job after your degree bcoz placement is good a lot of well-known companies come here for recruitment. faculty members are also good they are interactive with students.
I like the production that took place in industries so I opt this college. Faculties here are strict as well as lenient according to the subject and your performance and behaviour. All the facilities are highly qualified and experienced here, you won't find any young teacher or professor all are having experience of about 25-30 years of teaching.
I have opted for chemical engg, because of its wide range of applications in various fields. We are everywhere. And also whatever we have studied in 12th class is best applied in this field. Faculty- They are quite hardworking. They teach us with great enthusiasm and the best thing is that they complete the syllabus effectively. I don't know the exact ratio but for every sem, we have 5 teachers for 84 students. Exams were conducted offline before corona but now it is online and we give exam MCQ type.
Course curriculum in LIT is thoroughly based on Chemical Engineering fields viz, production, process, designing, etc. Faculty members are very experienced in their respective fields and provide knowledge of applications of Chemical Engineering to students.
Total fees for OPEN-25kObc-12k Sc, ST- 8kMahadbt government scholarship, and other government scholarship can be availed. The alumni from the batch 1992 also give a special scholarship to one student every year
I like Chemistry from my school level and I have intrest in this field so I choose it, if anyone likes chemistry they must choose chemical Engineering because it's an interesting course and syllabus is relevant. The professor is a good one they are fluent in spreading their knowledge to you and their nature is also good. Exam pattern is semester type and the difficulty level is medium type.
The course syllabus is quite thorough and comprehensive. It is structured in way that one gradually gets acquainted with the deeper nuances of chemical engineering. We have minor and major projects in sixth and eighth semester. We have to make projects individually. The college organized a 3-day industrial visit for students. College provides internship after sixth semester. Duration for internship varies from 20 days to 45 days. Some students even get paid internships. But because of the pandemic all internships were cancelled this year. The faculties, in general, are good. Few of the excellent faculties are SL Pandharipande SU Meshram S Shirsat to name a few.
Fee structure is very feasible as it is a government funded Institute and a University Department of RTMNU. The annual fee is around 28000 and for 4 year course its approximately 28000X4= 120000 for Open Category and OBC category 50% concession and for SC/NT category 70% concession is given by government. But the overall fee is very less as compare to other colleges.
The fees structure is the cheapest you will find in vidharbha with fees required is only 28000 per. year for open category.Fkr obc it is around 14000.For SC it is just 8000 per year. That also it get refunded with various types of scholarship.
