Faculty of the computer science department is so nice and they teach us to get best outcomes of our projects which are further required for our placement purpose and the other subject faculty memebers are ok
This collge is providing various courses with fee of 108000 and it is the best college and it also provides various scholarships for the students and many hackthons to the students and it is the best collwege
The library is pretty good with a nice collection of books.

Dislikes

Campus canteen is the other thing which i disliked it , not because it is worst but it doesn't reaches our expectations
The cut off eamcet rank should be less than 7000 for oc candidates.
It is a bit of a disappointment to see there is no difference between the courses, all have to study cse.

I like the teaching staff and coding environment in the college.

Dislikes

I hate college infrastructure and poor maintenance and poor management

Fees and Financial Aid:

Total fee is 103000. Telangana government scholarship is 35000. The net amount i pay to college is 68000. Some people who does not opt for scholarship they have to pay the full amount 103000. Students who come under EBC and below 10,000 rank. or EBC and SC/St no need to pay the college fee. Government will take care of it.

Honest review on KMIT

Likes

Sufficient time for developing skills in various fields
No financial pressure on students for examinations
Comparatively better placement rate and stats

Dislikes

Campus size, it is very small and insufficient
Infrastructure is very minimal and doesn't look like an engineering college
No hostel facility for non-locals, no bus facility for day scholars

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

A good college for placements

Likes

The campus life and quality of social interactions is quite good
The faculty is very good.Teaching methods and mentorship quality is one i liked
This college is known for its good placement offers.

Dislikes

I didn't liked the infrastructure of the campus as it is not so spacious
There is such public interactions in the collece and physical activities
The girls ratio is very low compared to boys ratio.

There are some aspects of the curricullum that infulenced my decision to choose cse in this college .they have a unique way oy teaching computer languages in their different ways.They have a large scaled websites created by them to teach students

Likes

They took us to shilparamam as an educational trip for a day. It was a lot helpful we could see and learn many things.thanking the college for taking us there. We want more like it.
It conducts fests without dissapointing students

Dislikes

It is a way too strict it doesn't allow students to be their own

Course Curriculum Overview:

The difficulty level of exams is a but high. The invizilation is tough. There is no scope of copying. The teachers clarify our doubts during exams they help the students who cannot read properly. This is good

Likes

The faculty is very good and veey freindly with every students
No ragging at all and our collage has very freindly environment
There are very limited fests which is good not to disturb our studies

Dislikes

Its doesnot have any hostel facilities sadly
The rules and regulations are veey strictly followed
No sports at collage time and no sports computation

From.. 3rd ..semester students become eligible for campus placements The Companies visited & no of offers made are google microsoft apple etc... highest package as per company and profiles offered is about 2.7 cr and lowest is 3lpa

KMIT - Best Engineering College In Hyderabad

The college infrastructure is really good . They have well equipped labs .
The College is present in heart of the city
The placements in this college are very reliable and also there are many internship opportunities for students.

Dislikes

There is no hostel or dorm facilities for this college
There is no Transport facility for this college
The campus is very small compared to other engineering colleges.

Things I like was it was located in the city so traveling was easy and time saving
Canteen was good and affordable and the quality of food was also good there
As it was located in the city so we had more options to eat several kinds of food

Dislikes

The teachings were bad I must say what ever iI learnt there is of no use to me
Some teachers we professional and some were just state based like no knowledge
They only teach whats written in the book which is of no use where after getting into the company s then learnt things

Course Curriculum Overview:

- Even i dont know why I choose to so this instead if I would have incested the amount of money I invented in my studies if I would have invested that into a tea stall i will be more successful -To improve the teaching the collages should use more practial approch like if you choose this you havd to do this this in order be successful instead of just licking the books - Exams were easy and the timmings was of 3 hours

My honest review

Likes

I like the method of teaching of some faculty here.
The programming languages are been taught in a good way.
The different types of clubs like writing, dance, music and many more are good to join and can learn more from seniors.

Dislikes

The area of the entire college could have been bigger , especially for sports.
The timings could have been decreased a little bit.
It is actually little bit strict as per rules are concerned.

Placement Experience:

Actually i dont know much about this placements topic still, but it has a seperate block for preparation called placement cells. I didnt asked much about it to seniors. The average package here is 7 to 8 lakhs. At 3rd year 1st sem the preparations and campus placements starts.

Likes

Placements offering and the packages that they were getting were really better even at the time of recession
College infrastructure was very good and food at the canteen was also good
Faculty was very experienced and were very friendly

Dislikes

Events in the college was very less max 2 to 3 per year
Their was no facility of college hostels and hotels around college were costly
Their was no facility of bus for the college

Placement Experience:

The Placements had been started in the recent times and there were most the company's coming with good package like epam, micron, open text and many more to come and some of our friends were also placed in recent times

Likes

Coding culture of college is very nice and placements are very good.
Placements is very nice in this college .
College is situated in the heart of the city.

College placements are very good it is one of the main reason why i choose this college even though i will other government colleges in hyderabad like Osmania university and Jntuh college they are top colleges in telangana.
