Is IERT Allahabad a government institute?

I like the cultural fest ubhdav which is celebrated every year in college.
I like the faculties a lot as they are very much dedicated in teaching.
You want to choose, the course b.tech this is the best place to take admission here.

Dislikes

Canteen is very poor in this college, outside shops also are not good
I dont like the dress code of colleges because the colors are so bad.
Facilities in classrooms are not too good because some desk,chairs and window glasses are broken.

IERT AN ILLUSION

Likes

Attendence is not a problem here You will be able to give sessional exam if you have not attended any class by just writting a letter to hod
Very less fee as compared to other btech collages ony 50-60k is needed to get enroll and that to you can get in return thruogh up govt. Scolarship.
There is much craze of government job and other competitive exam most students go for it and you will find coaching related to it in near by area of campus

Dislikes

No sports and extra curricular activities are done here due to which overall devlopment of student is stop here
No such thing like annual fest etc. Only you can enjoy is fresher if celebrated by chance
Not all the teacher are very good in teaching due to which you have to dtudy through you tube and online stuff

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year student get placed in company like adani and larsen and turbo, wipro, etc. Avg. Package was go around 3.5to 4lpa highest you get upto 6-6.5 , very few student get place here about 30 percent get placed only, my plan after getting the degree is to go for govt. Job prepration.

After passing the 6th semester students are available for placements and companies do hire them form average package to higher as their skills and knowledge are about. The highest package is about 2500000 Avg package is about 700000

After passing the 6th semester you are eligible for placement and companies start hiring you. Teachers specially HoD guide us and give proper information about placement. Companies like Amazon, Tata, and others do visit colleges. The highest package is about 250000 and the average packages are around 700000.

Hereafter passing 6th-semester students are eligible for their campus placements Companies like Tata LnT and so on visit here for placement. or hiring students. About 60% of students got placement here. My plan is to do post-graduation after my under graduation

campus nature teaching staffs labs and friends to hang out.
i like the area of college and the city is also quite good
their induction classes and events to guide us well.

infrastructuur as buildings are getting old

placements are very good here even teachers also help us to develop such qualities here and approx placement are taken by students. and avg placement is about 25 to 26 lacs here.. and companies are also good to visit here.. as mentioned in brochure on college site.

Likes

I like the most, hostel food which real value I understand after living 1 month in pg.
I enjoyed my hostel life most during hostel days.

Dislikes

I dislike the management of our college.

Placement Experience:

This year, the placement cell becomes very active, and many of the students get jobs opportunity. From 6-7 semesters, students are eligible for placement. Many companies had visited like L&T, adani, prism, Jaypee, chest inc, bkt tyre, planet spark,tcs,wipro, Infosys, IBM etc. The highest package offered is 52lpa by Goldman Sachs, and the average package is 4lpa. 70% of students are getting placements. As I am a civil engineer, so I prefer govt job rather than placement. So my plans are to prepare for govt engineering jobs.

Likes

I like the environment of our college lot of tree and flower are there in ground
Library is so big you can get all kind of book there
Play ground and bad Minton court are also available

Dislikes

Rude behaviour of the classmate and teacher
Syllabus is not complete at time and no lab

I choose electrical engineering because I want to become je and want to produce a lot of electricity. Faculty are well qualified they all are PhD and working on a particular project. The way they teach is extremely incredible

There is no any unwanted holiday and student have to present every day
Lab is also available for exploration and interacting with machine
Syllabus is completed on the time and they revised us

Lot of assignments are provided by faculty

Likes

I like the library and cleanness of college campus
I like environment conditions of our college.
The timing of our college is also good because it start at 9 o clock

Dislikes

Dress code is disadvantage of college because no one can get entry without it
Director is so strict when ever he catch any one he called to their gardens
There is no playground available. No any court of football
