IFET College of Engineering Villupuram Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester, the student is eligible for campus placement. Sutherland, Infosys, TCS, SL Lumax, Wipro, Cisco, TVS, etc., companies visited. 7.2 LPA is the highest salary package. 83.5% of students get placed.

IT student placement training started in even 2 years itself and they placed in 3 and 4th year but core department placement is not much better. More than 85% of IT students can be placed. More than 65% of core students can be placed. Entrepreneurship training is also available.

There is a separate cell for placement. From the first semester, there are weekly two classes for placement training separately. There is special training for placement in semester holidays. There are more than 80% of the students got placed each year in reputed companies. The highest package is 11 lakhs per annum. The average package is 3 lakhs per annum. Companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro and many of the companies visited our college.

From the 1st semester onwards students were trained for placements. There are more than 15 companies visited like TCS, CTS, Wibro, CISCO, Infosys etc. The average package the students was selected is 3 lakh to 6 lakh per annum. Nearly 96% of students were placed for every year.

From the 5th semester, the Students were eligible for the campus interview and placements will be available for students with High cut off in 10th 12th and in also college. There is said to be many companies which will come one of them is cisco and they offer the highest package of 1 lack per month the percentage of placements was like 30-40. I am looking forward to joining a good company with the best job offer.

From the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. The Top companies visited are TCS, CTS, ZOHO, INFOSYS. Our college is a local body of Cisco. The highest package was 11.5 lakhs per annum and the average package was 5 lakhs per annum. Every year almost 90% of students are getting placed.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for attending interviews from companies MNC like TCS, CTS, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, POLARIS, EMPHASIS, MIND TREE are given first preference to place students. 80% of students will be placed in the above companies. Students with less CGPA will be placed in second level companies after this list. 100% placement rate is followed.

Students are eligible to attend the placements from the 3rd year itself. Aspire Systems, Syntel, Infosys, and many more are coming to our campus to recruit the students. Each year upto 95% of the students got placed. My plan after getting the degree is to go for a job.

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Students must have 6.5 cgpa to attend placement. Highest salary package-11.3 lakhs. Average salary package- 3.5 lakhs. Companies visited are Excelencia, Infosys, HGS. 8.5 students are placed. After getting the degree I would like to join the company with a good package.

Placement records are Very Good and still the training for the students are started from first year onwards. A good choice for placement. 87% of students are placed every year. My plan also placement and Grab a job at reputed firm. Most popular companies are offering placements every year.
