PGDM review for GNIOT Institute of Management Studies

we got the professional experience from the college
We had a lots of presentation which gave me practical knoweledge
we had international tour were we went to international college for the certification

Dislikes

Placement process is bit slow in this college

Placement Experience:

There is the placement in this college. The student are eligible from third trimester for the placement process. till now 150 students have got placed and some have started working. I also got placed from the college. The Higest Package is 25 LPA and average pacakage is 5LPA. Till noe 50% students have been placed. I have got the placement in the same orgainsation and i am willing to work hard and get promoted in the same company.

Whole course structure is designed well they give a dual specialization where you can empower yourself in 2 specialization they are growing themselves day by day and give a good exposure to the students with the placement assurance everything is good
They gives a 100% placement of every student and taking care of the student throughout the journey
There L&D team is really nice they help each and every student for grooming to other thing

Dislikes

College is very strict with the timings they are very particular with the timings
they should work on placement as average package is somehow low
again main concern is package and they should work on the quality

Placement Experience:

college gives a 4lpa on an average but yeah they can offer more as they are taking more and ROI is a main concern apart from this everything is nice they are giving placement to every student who are there and mainting the course

In my class boys are more and girls ar less , the college is good and all the member of gims are helpfull.
About the faculty all the teacher are very helpfull and intract with the best example they have provided its very helpfull to understand.
l&d faculty have best who give the trainning tho how can crack interview

SOME TIMES MANAGMENT ARE NOT GOOD BUT BY THE FEEDBACK ITS WILL CHANGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

In PGDM IT IS A VERY FAST COURCE WE HAVE ATLEAST 6 TO 7 SUBJECT AND EVERY COURCE HAVE 5 UNITS ITS VERY HARD TO LEARN IN 3 MONTHS BUT EVERY THING IT DONE BY THE HELP OF FACULTY THEY ALWAYS GUIDE US AND HELP US.

This college has very good courses provided and reasonable fees compared to other colleges.
Placements: 75% percent is the minimum placement rate of the college. 2 lacs to 4.5 lacs are the packages at this college. Top recruiting companies are GNIOT College Bank, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, etc.
The Lab facilities and library facilities are pretty decent. The study environment is also nice for students.

More than 80% of students get placement and this ratio gradually increase every year .The highest and average package offered during GNIOT placements 2024 stood at INR 70 LPA and INR 5.75 LPA, respectively. Earlier, GNIOT is conducting its placements for the academic year 2022-2023. As per the latest report, the highest package offered so far during GNIOT placements 2023 stood at INR 9 LPA. This package has been offered to the student of BTech CSE branch. The top recruiters of Greater Noida Institute of Technology in 2023 included TCS, CNH Industrial India, NCS Private Limited, Demandbase, State Bank Operations Support Services, MAQ, GreyOrange, My plans after degree is getting a job .

Learning and development team of the college

All things are well in the college accept timing
Regular classes there is no holiday on Saturday.
No availability of proper canteen in the college

Very good placement last year all student are placed in renewed company and also if they find any difficulties after joining the college also provide other opportunities to them and every student have atleast two placement in hand.

I love computer and coding but selected the core BTech as the field gets expended and u learn new things and it's a course of 4 years which is enough to make a person good at what the person is studying and is a interesting course

Checking of id cards in main gate by guards.
Uniform is compulsary for all students of college
Sometimes Network problem occured in our classroom

My experience of 3 years in GNIOT college

Likes

The college fees is very much affordable.
The HOD is very strict for attendence.You must present in class daily.
The teacher will also take class regularly.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is still in development phase.
Teacher's doesn't have much knowledge in particular subject.
Hostel is very average and fees is very high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As in GNIOT college i got addmission in year 2022 i hot computer science but i want CS-AI they told me that they have some percentage criteria for AI branch so i got computer science. The teacher in my branch have decent knowledge and experience too. But not as good as they should have so my experience in teaching department is average.

Teacher are so much hardworking , they help in building your carrer at least in first year.

College campus is too small. No well adreesed facilities.

College placement is not up to mark. Eligibility is from 5th year. Average package according to college is 6 lpa but i personally think it's around 3.5 lpa . Highest package is fake which is around 70 lpa i think it's around 35 lpa.
