Evaluation Of PGDM Course

I would rate 9 out of 10 to PGDM course beacuse it is dymanic and better than traditional MBA course. It change carriculum accoring to need of market and focus to provide more practical and certification there are many industrial visit to understand corportate environment before direclty enter into it. Moreover college enroll on various social activities as credit score in this course to enhance understandig for corporate social responsibilities. Yes their are few grey areaes which need to improve are intership tenure should be of 6 months instead of 2 months. Some faculties focus more on grooming of students and repruction to not follow thw same is brutal manytimes students have to leave classes if they are not groomed properly. I completey understand grooming is importanant but academic learning is more important. So exam scheduled for 3 hours each papers for first year and in second year it is of 2 hours we have to manage content and writing speed accordingly.

So there are total six installment i have to paid. First is registration fee of 50000, second installment of 121000 immediate before trimester exam. I got 50000 scholarship in the college. I got schlorship for acheving 98 percentile in MAT.Apart from that other expense are included in tusion free. If there is any fine they i have to pee fee after summiting letter to dean academic that which clearly define cause of damage and penality amount. Then i have to summit to concern person where i have to pay penality amount. Apart from that college have different club and which is funded by students to organise event. For that i have to pay some amount. apart from that we have different fun friday activity for which we have to pay 100. Apart from that we have to pay 100000 amount to pursude iip to Malayasia.

I have excellent experience at GNIOT Institute Of Management Studies during my PGDM course which enhance my personality from an introvert to ambivert and a industry ready person. GNIOT not only focus on academic learnig but more on practical learning. We have to appear for presentation for our internal assestment. Manytimes we have to connect with HR and Marketing professionals of various industries for our field projects. Moreover we have to enroll in various actiity of club and organise function for our core club which help me to enhabce my leadership skills and team building skills. These skills helped me during my intership and mark my growth there. Collge conduct various sports activites which started one week after induction program which give space to intract with our seniors. Yes their is social wellness group in which many students are connected this group support undrprevidgled childern by providing basic cloths nad stationay stuffs, and also support helpless animanls.

I applied for G.D Goneka, Managalmaye, NDIM, and GNIOT.I checked about all these college on various websites but things are little uncleafid to me. I consulted with my academic consullar for GNIOT in term of tusion fee academic learning, various imersion programs and skill development certificates. I come to know this collge provide excellent academic learing on modern academic program at affordable fee. Yes i got rejection from Crist College, Banglore during personal interview round. So there are few admission process which gone throught.Student should compete his/her graduation program then apprered for any natioanl level managemet entrance test if not then they have to appear for GIMS test to get enroll in this course apart from that student get discount on the basis of score and past acdemic recored. Student have to submit vital documents and appered for group discussion , extompore and personal interview round on the basis of soft skils students evaluatated to get enrolled for this program.

Faculty are highly qualified and supportive. There are 25:1 faculty who are academic mentor. Who give advise and personal mentorship ti resolve academic doubt. Moreover they also provide various live project and skill development programs to enhance our skills. Apart from that they guide us at each milestone of my acsdemic journey. Moreover college provide placement mentor who guide to choose career according to skills and interest to purude career. Apart from that we have personality development mentor who guide us on groomi and professionalism. Their are many facuilties that i liked are Dr Shalini Sharma, Dr Ruchi Rayat, and Chandaerkant Singh beacause they support beyond their professional boundaries available 24*7 to guide even on personal issues. There is no facuilty whom i don't like. There are 6 exam conducted throught course and exam are high to moderate level and based on concept and classroom learning.

There are various places where students spend their time when they fill bored. If i talk places inside campus used by students for hanfouts are college's playground, cafeterias ,lorry garden, Gym. where students gossipe more than workout. Most of times students spend time with their friends in cafeterias and playing some outdoor games. During exam time students shift their hanfout place to library. Activity of studnts can be observed till 10 PM in the library. Many times students go for walk and enjoy street food with friends. Students engage in pursuding hobbies to relexed themselves after a 9 - 5 academic session. Many enjoyed to spend time in music room. Some enroll in social activities. They conduct various activities to for welfare of society from their end. Students conduct fun activity to spend time in lorry garden. Their are various famous hangout places such as Kathiroll points where students of various college met up and many times students go for a walk around metro.
